Yes I am a geeky Star Wars nerd and already watched the first episode early this morning. Will keep it short and sweet. I thought it was very good and look forward to seeing where they go with it. I am sure this thread will fill up with spoilers and episode discussion, so stay away if you do not want to get upset. I also thought Disney+ was well organized and put together. Looking forward to watching some other movies I haven't seen in a long time.

I had a chance to buy some Mega Blocks at a garage sale. Are they worth anything in comparison to Legos? How do they compare to Legos?

Well it looks like Lego will be back at SDCC this year. The floor map has a fairly large booth for them. I find it interesting that Hasbro and Mattel have announced their items but Lego has not. Not sure their normal timing. I wonder if they are going to switch give away and sale processes to avoid all the uproar over how last years was handled? Anyone have any information or rumors on what is to come?

Does anyone out there do Lego Investing/Collecting/(according to some people) Hoarding full time? If so, how does it work? Long term or short term? If I want to start doing it full time, what are some steps I should take to start it?

Two separate things here, first I am surprised at how many people post pictures on Insta and FB of their "FLego", that's what they call it, fake lego builds. There is an amazing MOC that requires 2 1/2 Rivendell that I was looking at building, but even if not buying the minifigures you are looking at $1K if buying Lego. Also, the Titanic seems to be a big target for fake Lego and most of the UCS SW ships. I haven't looked at this in years so had no idea how prolific it had become. Quality with numbered bags seems to be way up based on reviews and prices are way down with new "official" stores offering purchase options in the USA. Printed instructions and even real "Lego"…

Well since my name is poping up alot about why I buy 40 - 60 sets of one item. Now I am not a Collector, and never stated that i had more sets than most of you guys, but when I started buy lego it was always for investment, and once I got a Wholesale account well buying 20-30 and even 50 cases of the 6210 Orginal Jabba Sail barge, 3 to a case thats 150 Sets, 25 cases of the 6211 Star Destroyer, and in 2010 and 2011 the 6210 was selling for $300-400 and since wholesale was about $50 a piece i made tons a money, I had plenty cases of all the Harry Potter Castles, Trains, etc. What about the First batman, well with the Batcave and batmobile, More big money, Indiana Jones se…

Brickpickers, A local boy is battling a rare form of bone cancer and has been quarantined in his house for months. His aunt is asking the community to cheer him up with a special Lego wonderland at his school. A friend/coworker is cleaning out his garage and he gave me a huge box of Lego today. I started going through it and it's an incredible quantity of stuff; Lego, Technic, Bionicle - probably 50,000 pieces. Mostly Lego but also some MegaBlocks and other stuff (which I'm separating out). Some of the Lego stuff is pretty old and it's all pretty dirty. Can anyone give me some idea of how to clean it? Thanks in advance for any suggestions/instructions.

Just curious what sets people are giving as gifts? or What are you hoping to receive? In my house the GF and I buy all sets we like as soon as they are released. Not trying to start a fanboy war, but what do you use. I feel this has some relevance with eBay. I personally just made the purchase of a Mac Mini, and made a killer spreadsheet on it. I have not realized I am in far to deep... eBay isn't great on it, but I like it nonetheless. Also, I have a Galaxy S3, so I'm not an Apple guy all around.

I was wondering what was the first set you gals and guys owned? When did it start? For me, as far as I can remember, it was 6363 Auto Repair Shop, set made in 1980. I was 3 that year plus I wouldn't remember anything so it had to be couple years later. no, no helicopter, but yes, stickers Plus I bought it again few years ago On eBay, but later again, I sold it lol
