Needless to say, he never placed a Buy It Now offer after I asked if he was interested. Then I finally received a decent offer that I accepted. I am in a little bit of a difficult situation and need some advice. I sold two comics for $25 plus $5 shipping. Mailed them off to the verified paypal address via USPS. No problems. The buyer opens a case on me for item not received. I check the tracking and it says the item was delivered. I send a message telling him it was delivered and he says he didn't get it. I tell him to call his local post office. He does and says the package could not be delivered because there was something wrong with the shipping label and it is being sent back to me and that it was scanned delivered by accident. About a week ago I ordered 4 tower bridges off of eBay from a top rated seller for 220 each. The seller is a top rated seller with over 200 Feedback The day after the seller notified me that he was out of stock on tower bridges. However he willl make things right Last night I went to the mall to pick up some cafe friends sets at my local Lego store When I returned home. There sat 15 Lego sets. FedEx droppe off 5 ssd 5 Death Star and 5 tower bridge. All shipped from Walmart with stolen credit cards. 2 town hall were not even packed. They slapped at tracking label right on the Lego box Now the question is. What do I do. Who do I contact. How do I cover my ass.

So I listed my first LEGO sets on eBay and they ended tonight. I specified in the auction to contact me before bidding if you have less than 10 feedback. Well no one contacted me and 2 of the auctions ended with the winning bidder having 0 feedback. One is a new member as of 2013. What do I do? Do I ship the items? Do I trust these buyers?

Out of the last 16 Star Wars UCS sets that I've sold, 4 have been "purchased" using compromised sellers' accounts - that's a shocking 25% fraud rate! Since this appears to be on the increase, I suggest you contact the buyer to confirm purchase and maybe wait 48 hours before posting any valuable item as it gives eBay/PayPal a chance to flag the transaction and advise you. So this month was the first time I spent enough to qualify for some ebay bucks. Anyway, they expire the 2nd so I ended up using them. My ebay order details shows the bucks taken off the total but when I go to paypal, the full amount is charged. Is this normal? Do I get credited later? Any help would be appreciated.

I sold the 6166 Big Brick Box set not long ago and just got a message from a buyer who told me that her son playing with those LEGO bricks and got rashes. She included pictures in her message. The brick box I sent to her is brand new and therefore sealed. Has anyone heard about allergy to the LEGO bricks?

Been on eBay managed payouts for a while now through my store. Never had any issue up until a week ago. I now have 6 payouts that say that they were declined and waiting to retry? I've never had an issue before and nothing has changed on my accounts or bank. Called my CU and they said there haven't been any attempts made for deposits so it's on eBay's end. As we all know it is also now impossible to talk to anyone at eBay as they no longer have a phone service nor customer service🤬 Not sure what to do. Community is full of similar complaints about not actually being able to get ahold of anyone with eBay for resolving issues.

Hi, I have couple of questions about ebay's Global Shipping Program, hope some experts can give me some help. Question 1: I have a buyer where the shipping address is Toronto, Canada. He already made the purchase and submitted the payment, and the item will be shipped using ebay GSP. How can I find out how much he actually paid for GSP? The 20K and 200 sale rule is out the window this year with paypal. It doesn't matter how much you did through your paypal account. You will be 1099-K and sent to IRS. This won't be an issue for most just fyi.

I browse eBay all the time as do most members here. I always find just stupid high prices on LEGO sets. My question is what's the point? I get it that this is free market and sellers are free to set the price point but it seems to me like a waste of time. Why not price your sets competitively, more sales means more money right? The Customer Support Agent told me that it was included in my final value fee, which I then gave him my item number and he saw that there was final value fee on both the item and the shipping. He credited my account for the shipping fee and told me if I wanted to avoid the shipping fee, build the shipping into my sale price and give free shipping which is not impossible but could make for a harder sale sometimes, especially if you are shipping a heavy item via USPS where price varies by zon…

Lots of details - I am still analyzing the effect of the changes. The flat 9% (store) or 10% (no store) regardless of how high the sale is, will hurt with big $ items.

I recently bought a 10211 for $275 free shipping on eBay. The seller said he shipped the item but did not upload the tracking number. I messaged him several times, he did not respond until I opened a case. He said he cannot provide the tracking because he lost the tracking number. He also said he insured the package, so both parties are protected. (I wonder how he can get insurance money without a tracking number.) Then I still never receive the item. Mods, if there's already a thread for this, please woosh it there. I found another seller using my photos, and my exact title. I've reported them to Ebay, and the title changed, but the pictures haven't gone anywhere. I reported them late Friday night. How long does it usually take Ebay to react to this? What are they likely to do? Should I contact the seller directly and ask them to take their own darn pictures. We're going to start watermarking pictures from now, on, but I'm still really frustrated by this.
