I thought this article and chart would interest some of you stock experts on the site. Don't say I didn't warn you!

(Please me if we already have a topic on this, or just yell 'MERGE!') Obviously, we are all Lego nerds to varying degrees, but you all must have some other area of useless expertise, be it Star Wars, DC, Marvel, games, movies... I personally am a SW nerd, with some LOTR, Bionicle, and basic comicbook lore on the side.

A long time acquaintance of mine, a Mr. Ralph Pitcher from Firebuy.com, has come to me with a tremendous offer. Ralph owns an equipment liquidating company which was hired by Target to remove store displays from over 1500 Target stores from across the US. These displays included many of the LEGO and toy displays you see in the toy isles of your local Target. He sold thousands of these displays over the past 4-5 years, many to me. LOL. There is one thread specific to The Hobbit in regards to a person not liking the sets. What are some things you don't like Lego? I don't like Time Cruisers. It reminded me of a hodgepodge of parts Lego had lying around and putting weird sets together with them. Comeon Lego.

So I went to the Midnight Showing of the Lone Ranger, the First bad sign was that in a 400 seat Theater there was only about 30 of us in there. And if you check and if you check the reviews alot of them are not good, But I see about everything wheen it first comes out. The Major complaint its a good 2 1/2 hrs long, But for the Movie it was just OK, For a Disney movie there is plenty of shooting and Killing, it does have comedy in it. And it is Johnny Depp's Movie, Acting all around was very good. So if you want action and lots of shooting well go see it, I give it a 7/10 score. Okay crew, my b-day is coming up, and I have given my wife the following ideas for my gift: Palace Cinema Haunted House Robie House She threw her hands in the air and said I need to pick one out. I was secretly hoping she would make this selection 'cause I haven't been able to figure out which I want but, alas it's up to me. I will be building/displaying this set, so give me some help - which would you pick? If you have a different "building" type set that you really love, I am happy to consider this too.

Aside from an investing perspective/CAGR...is there a set you want for your personal collection/interest that you just missed out on? At the moment mine would be the Medieval Market Village, I could always buy it on the secondary market but just wished I started this Lego hobby sooner! Anybody wished they had a retired Modular set? I am planning on a reorganization of my storage room. I was wondering if anyone is aware of the storage rack that will hold exclusives on all of the racks, say 3 or 4 levels high? The plastic racks I have are good, but they are more suited for non exclusives. I am also noticing that these plastic racks are bowing under the weight and I do not want 4 years from now to have misshaped sets. I have the plastic racks from Home depot, forgot the name, I think is starts with an X.

Finally I was granted permission to buy and build a set. I have some limitations as I don't have a large space where to put this set once it's built. Also I must not exceed 150

I'm going to go ahead and say that's the largest private collection of official LEGO sets I have EVER seen. I mean seriously. When the camera first turned around to face the entire room. When the camera moves upward to see the hanging shelves. When the camera moves into an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT SECOND ROOM EQUALLY FILLED WITH LEGO.
