Starts Friday. I'll keep going with a new thread for now until we decide if we want to merge or whatnot. Thanks to Stragus we already anticipated this, but now it's official Make sure to use CineplexHoliday on any order over $40 online, i believe this will be the last sale to use it(?). If you have any 7965's left, now is a good time to get em. At %20 off even an inflated price tag of $199 - there's still money to be made even if you turn around and sell it same day. Edit: This is assuming 7965 is actually included in the sale, it was for the previous sale, so i'm assuming it will be.

Walmart recently updated their online (and in store) Lego clearance to include quite a few more items. Many of the 2nd wave LOTR sets are included, and some remaining 1st wave Hobbit sets. Currently the amounts off are fairly low ($10-$20), but seeing as most of Walmart's LOTR/hobbit stock is dwindling, the prices may be the best we will see from them until they are scooped up. http://www.walmart.ca/en/toys/construction-blocks-sets/lego/******-32+2386+1005426 Unexpected Gathering is on there, and i only ever see about 1-2 at most on the shelves in the area, at only $10 off though it still feels a bit hard to pull the trigger. Weathertop is only $10 off (this s…

I haven't posted in a while, and the forum's activity is pretty low, but I realize there hasn't been a sale worth reporting in months. I'm actually surprised, I have been selling parts for 4 years, and I don't remember seeing such a drought of sales to resplenish the inventory. In fact, I have bought almost nothing to part out in the past 7 months! Did TLG solve the non-linear system of equations to achieve the perfect production-sale equilibrium? Is the great 2x4 brick in the sky frowning upon our erethic ways? Is it an early sign of humanity entering a new post-plastic age?

Was just checking Sears.ca today to see if they had their usual %20 off and whatnot, and noticed they had some "New Arrivals". Well these new arrivals are in fact older sets. Forbidden Forest is one of them, and while it says "in stock"; once you order it says "backordered will ship May 22nd", so i don't have too much hope for the order being filled. Some of the other items seem be shipping May 1st. Anyways the other sets really aren't anything to get excited about, but figured i'd share to see if anyone else has any luck getting anything fulfilled. While it's not a deal, I didn't know where I should put this, so my apologies in advance. Does anybody know if we can sign up for a Canada Post Small Business card without encountering any issues? I know someone who has one and they've let me use it a few times and I'd love to keep getting that discount. I don't ship a ton of stuff, but what I do ship is pretty large. I'm not registered as a business or small business and don't want to run into any legal issues here. Thanks for any insight

Not sure if anyone needs one after the TRU sale, but it's there if you got to have another one: http://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00J4S962W/ref=s9_simh_gw_p21_d0_i1?pf_rd_m=A3DWYIK6Y9EEQB&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=0MEN6B6T7Y0PTPACD4V9&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=1687860322&pf_rd_i=915398

Stopped by a Target just now on a hunch and got the new TMNT sewer ship, the City Cargo Plane each for 50% off, plus they have the Groot and Rocket Raccoon $50 set for $40. Picked up 3-4 of each. I can flip the first 2 right now at retail price and make 100%.

I've been following the main Amazon thread about requiring third party sellers to show toy safety certifications for certain listings and wonder if this is a US only issue for now? Have any Canadian sellers been affected by this? I sell FBM on Amazon and haven't heard a peep. Related question, did Amazon Canada start gating toy sellers up here the way they did in the US?

From today until March 29 you will receive double VIP points for purchases at shop.LEGO.com and in brand stores. That's the equivalent of a 10% discount, which is a significant saving if you were to buy expensive sets like the Helicarrier. In addition, the following offers are, I believe, ongoing: In Europe: Free 30259 Azari's Magic Fire polybag with purchases over

Hey guys, 25% off select sets at Sears.ca. A very small increase up from their usual 20% sales, unfortunately there really isn`t much selection for the price, very little in fact. Worth posting just in case someone wants to pick up something. I wish they would post clearance deals (40%+ off). This is rediculous, the sales usual consist of the same rotation of sets. If they aren`t moving, you`de think after all these months the price would drop even more. Guess not yet! Haha.

We will have our 2nd Technic meet and great with builders and enthusiasts of Technic or Lego in general. It will take place in a about a week or two just north of Toronto in Vaughan. If anyone is interested you can PM me. There are several people coming including @loxlego and his brother Dugald who will both be coming and I am sure they will be bringing their current builds.

(Excluding the Lego store) I found that target Canada doesn't put the mini figures out in stock till late. I have found that Walmart puts the stuff out good and early. What are your experiences in this area? Sent from my SGH-S730M using Brickpicker mobile app
