I placed an order for ONE B-Wing and just checked on the status. It says "Customer Service". What does that mean?

I seem to recall Helm's Deep being limited to 1 per person towards the end of last year, and clearly that was retired. I was looking through S/**** and really all of the exclusive sets have a limit of 5, except for ToO and Maersk ship, which have a limit of 2. The ship is new, so I understand that, but ToO is essentially a year old now. Could this be suggestive of low stock, and possible EOL at the end of the year?

Grand Emporium...will be my first set for modulars and looking forward to building it. Would be great to grab a Tower Bridge and a 2'nd GE for investment as well if budget permits I'm sure Petshop is not far behind.

Hi all... I placed 3 orders in two days time and was only credited for one order'a worth of VIP points. Also I only received an email for one of the orders and not the other two...has this happened to you? Do I need to space out my orders to get VIP points? I was just going to call them tomorrow about it but wanted to ask if this is a regular occurrence Thanks

The new lego catalog came in the mail today. 1) The first words out of my seven year olds mouth were "there's new Chima sets" 2) I just glanced through it quickly and unless I missed it Curiosity Rover is NOT in it.

I can't find any exact details about this promotional polybag other than it supposedly is free with qualifying Friends purchases from Lego Shop-at-Home/Stores during December 27, 2013 to January 31, 2014. Whatever 'qualifying' means, I have no idea. Heck, this isn't even shown on their webstore so I haven't a clue where this info even came from to begin with. Here is the news topic on Brickset. Edit: You may be able to find this at Target in the seasonal candy section except be prepared for the ridiculous price of $5.59.

They list so many different products in different ways, I am often confused as to some of the meanings. There is the obvious one, Available Now, meaning you can get it now and it will be shipped ASAP, but there's other ones that are less direct. It seems like the meaning for "Sold Out" has been changing a bit for LEGO. A few years ago, it meant that it was completely gone, never coming back, you missed your chance. But more recently, it's been showing up on different products that WERE sold out, like the TIE Fighter, but then a month or so later, they're back in stock (they are currently sold out again). purchased Jabba Pallace for 119.99 on saturaday, the order still shows as in process, called them to price adjust and they told me they cant do it because they charged my card already. Did that happen to anyone, that they refused to adjust the price even thou its been only 2 days?

I was just at the Lego store checking things out and saw these sets on sale at 50% off. This is usually a sign to me that sets are EOL as the Lego store rarely puts anything on sale for any other reason. Also, they were not in the Chima area but at the till and on a random shelf, so they don't even have homes with their Chima brothers anymore. I got the last 3 of each and on paper I've already got a 100% profit.

For example, I bought some City Garage sets for $96 through the online store. Now, the online store shows the set is sold out and the sale price is $59.98. Can I go to a Lego store and return the set and buy at the new sales price? Just wondering, because several recently sold out sets have ridiculously low sales prices on lego.com. thanks!

I ordered 4 of the 79105 TNMT Baxter Robot Revenge set. 3 shipped in one box with a polybag and a poster. A 4th shipped in a box on its own. The seperate box arrived completely smashed, torn up, retaped, etc. It looked like the box was not folded together (you know those strange bottoms of boxes Lego uses) properly when shipped. The lego set box was totally smashed up. It looks like something very heavy landed on top of it. Anyone ever deal with Lego on a return like this? I emailed them as it was late and I didn't' feel like calling. Please reply with any similar experience from LEgo Shop at Home.

Just curious what has been the longest time it has taken for your S@H order to ship? I am referring to orders that were for sets that were in stock at the time you placed the order. I placed an order 6 days ago and has yet to ship. Never had this happen before on an order where the set was available. Anyone else?

Starting a thread for tomorrow. Post out the deals you find at your Lego store - guessing there will be some new stuff discounted maybe in the stores? Winter sets? I plan to go tomorrow, but am guessing you Euros and east coasters will have the first info.

I've noticed at least a few occasions where people post about returning sets they bought on clearance elsewhere to their local LEGO Store for full retail store credit. Then in the daily deals thread on the first, several people were saying how they had or were going to return their Cottages to rebuy at the lower sale price. I'm not looking to crucify anyone here, but I'm genuinely interested in peoples' thoughts on these practices, especially the people who are doing it. What do you think of the practice? So, I've been away on vacations for a while over here in Venezuela and have had little to no time to put into Lego until today. I just checked LEGO Shop at Home Spain and noticed that the Maersk Triple-E is out of stock and the expected ship date is May the 2nd. I mean, that's almost 5 months away. Did everyone get carried away with this set? If that's correct then that's very interesting news for this set. Also, WV Market is sold out, hope it comes back late this year.
