I wish the lighting was better but it looks nice for a mid-small house that reminds me of the older Creator houses and the recent Family House to some extent.

What do you guys think about this set? It's only 1 of 2 sets I can find that are going much cheaper via retailers right now that *could* be easily flipped. It's $20 CAD ($16 USD) on sale ATM, and on Amazon.com it's $32+ USD, same on eBay. The other is 31013 - Red Thunder. 31013 is $6 though, so that one does seem like a decent long-term opportunity. Whereas 31008 is $25, and I'm not sure how that plays out historically. It's just a generic jet. Even though it's a great seller now, I can't imagine it selling for more than $50 in a few years especially because nobody would know about it. I haven't started a new topic specifically asking what people thought about a certain set before but I suppose there's a first time for everything, eh? Anyway, I found a couple of this item on sale the other day and wondered what you guys think about the set itself. I must say the designs are cute in a childlike way. However I feel a little reserved because there just isn't a large quantity of certain pieces to build something great with only one set or maybe even a few. There is an interesting variety of good parts, just not many. Another thing is Creator houses typically can earn some growth but again this is a very small kid's playhouse in every sense. Hello I purchased set 3450 recently and am planning on keeping it for another year. The outer box lid has been removed, but all 4 inner white boxes are still sealed. My question is this: Are the instructions included in one of the boxes? I have searched high and low for this information but cannot find anything. If the instructions were included separately, I would like to know so I can figure out my next course of action. ( I understand if this needs to be moved elsewhere ) Thanks!

It seems like there's a large variance in dark blue and dark red, I have even noticed it in the light blue of the Pet Shop. Why is this?

So I have recently started purchasing the Lego Creator houses, and am curious what anyone thinks of the Seaside House 7346. They are on Amazon for 20% off and was considering buying three or four. Hi, Was just moving my collection and noticed that of the 3 x 10220 sets I have (all sealed), 2 of them say 1334 pieces and the other says 1332 pieces. Anyone know what the differences are? It's not a worry, but more of a curiosity. There are very minor differences to the boxes - I'm guessing one was produced in USA/Mexico and the others in Europe. 2 were bought from Lego online shop and 1 from their physical store. thanks.

I purchased a Sopwith from amazon on 2/21/14 and the box was beat up but I was going to build it so opened it up and all of the dark green studded elements had white dots on them. They sent me a replacement and I built it this weekend but it had the same issue I tried to cover the white dots the best I could. So today in the daily deals thread I see that amazon has pulled the Sopwith as "item under review". I contacted amazon and they offered a full refund as they do not have any replacements.
