https://www.lego.com/en-us/product/tie-bomber-75347 By itself, this looks like a great ship. But as soon as you display it with the new Interceptor, the Solo movie TIE Fighter, or the TIE Defender from Rogue One, well, it becomes underwhelming. It's a nice build with some play action shooters and drop-able bombs with what appears to be a hatch that could open and close (it does not completely close up but does pivot). The cockpit is also not truly clear so you cannot see the pilot inside it, the window is built up behind it to allow it to swing up to open. A pilot will fit inside though. It was a fast build and sue to symmetry, it was easy to do both wings at the…

https://www.lego.com/en-us/product/emperor-s-throne-room-diorama-75352 I did not own any version of the throne room until this diorama. Maybe the high price lured me in or the "diorama" aspect meaning I have an excuse since I'm a collector not a kid playing with legos. It was an easy build with several sections being symmetrical so I was able to build several assemblies at once instead of taking my time and enjoying the break from adulthood. I chose to pose my figs as father and son dueling. How many of you went the evil, painful version of the emperor hitting Jedi Luke with lightning? Lego did a good job on the window build and I like the hidden co…

I am always emailing eBay members but never does a new gray version of this set come up. I'm looking for a used set, not new. Willing to pay $500 for pieces only, +$15 for unused sticker, +$20 with box, +$50 with manual. Shipping included in my offer. Anyone here have this set in the 2005 newer grays for sale?

If you replace the stormtrooper helmet and remove the empire insignia, this could easily be a sort of imperium patrol mechsuit for a cyberpunk city build. I have been in a such a "mech mood" lately and this activates all my actuators. Haha.

First image of the interior - definite similarities with 75052 but I'm quite impressed!

https://www.lego.com/en-us/product/dagobah-jedi-training-diorama-75330 One of three new diorama sets shipping in late April, 2022. At $80 with 1000 pieces and 3 figures, it seems pricey but it looks great on the web. I either missed the last training set, skipped it or don't remember buying and building it so this one is likely to end up on a shelf in my collection. The details look amazing even if the Red-5 wing is drastically out of scale. Looking forward to it being available on May 4th for whatever special the Lego Store offers.

https://www.lego.com/en-us/product/death-star-trench-run-diorama-75329 One of three new diorama sets shipping in late April, 2022. Selling for $60, but no mini-figures and only 665 pieces, I'm not sure about the price value but if you can hear pictures, then this diorama is all sorts of noisy awesomeness plus look at all that detailing on the Death Star. Is that a new R2D2 dot piece? I hope it has some extras (at least one, come on Lego!), the Tatoonine homestead micro set could use one. I missed the micro bonus set of the same theme a few years ago so this will fill in nicely. I also hope it is available on May 4th. The Force is Strong with this set despite the po…

Lego is still delivering Clone Wars content to us with this nice looking ship from the Bad Batch min-series. The highlight of the set is the only version of Omega to date. I like Cad Bane, I'm buying this sucker, I don't have an earlier version of it. At $170, it seems pricey but I will call it a Christmas gift for myself (along with about five other sets) https://www.lego.com/en-us/product/the-justifier-75323

The first Ren shuttle is still available at RRP (in aus) 4 years post-retirement. Is that a useful gauge for the performance of 256, or is it the existence of 256 (which most people consider the better model) the factor suppressing 104's price?

https://www.lego.com/en-us/product/the-mandalorian-s-n-1-starfighter-75325 Many critics on the web forums think the best aspects of Disney's Book of Boba Fett was the episodes where Mando was at the center. Yes, the Razor Crest was awesome - it was Mando's space RV packed with firepower, carbonite freezing chambers for warm bounties, a sleeping area, bathroom, Nintendo (okay, I made that part up ... or was it left on the editing floor) and everything else needed to travel in comfort but this N-1 is a muscle car built for speed, maneuverability, and firepower. Comfort is out the window. Heck, even the droid compartment is barely big enough for a baby Yoda let alone …

Considering the huge success of the show, and the coolness factor of this particular battle pack, thought this deserved its own thread. We've known its coming, but first images are out: This is the way.

Yes, Lego has released like our 14th version of this ship but this time we get a Kamineon figure. Let the Army building begin in August 2022. What you could need another Astromech droid too! https://www.lego.com/en-us/product/obi-wan-kenobi-s-jedi-starfighter-75333 I don't actually own a version of this Kenobi Starfighter and at $29.99, I will pick one up eventually, I don't see this selling out soon unless released in really low numbers. Does Lego short pack shipping boxes? Is this version of the starfighter an improvement worth you tossing your earlier versions out the window to see them explode out back? Do you like Kenobi's new hairpiece?…

Disney and Lego collaborating again? This pre-order to ship on August 1st appears to be related to the new Disney + Cassius Andor series we have hear much about but seen very little material of so far. https://www.lego.com/en-us/product/ambush-on-ferrix-75338 This $69.99 (ouch!) set includes a small ship or shuttle aka "Mobile Tac-Pod", a speeder bike and three figures. Not having seen any film or digital print material so far, there is not much to judge the set on. Cassius reminds me of Joe Dirt, I prefer the Rogue One versions released for far. The ship does look very cool with the slightly inset engines and non-speedy looking lines I would expect from anyt…

Kenobi series sets are showing for pre-order now. This one ships on 1 August if we are to still trust the web store after the switcheroo with Mando's new hot rod. https://www.lego.com/en-us/product/inquisitor-transport-scythe-75336 This $99.99 star ship plus for figures set looks very First Orderly. I expected to see Kylo Ren pilot it. We get the Grand Inquisitor, Reva and 5th Brother plus "beaten down in a groundhog day-like life" Ben Kenobi. Lego appears to have captured the preview scene of Inquisitors coming down a front ramp well, albeit the scale is off as expected until it is in UCS form. I'm sold on the series, I don't want to buy any more Legos be…
