Use this thread for questions and discussion about buying from LEGOLAND Parks and Discovery Centers. What should I look for at legoland? I'll be going there for the first time this weekend. I have no idea what to expect. Do they have a store and clearance items, like at a regular Lego shop?

I'm signed into the US LEGO Shop at Home website but my VIP info and points are not coming up. Is anyone else having the same issue? I'm kind of freaking out at the moment hoping that I haven't been hit with the banhmmer.

When they are banning people are they looking at your in store purchases in addition to your online purchases?

I'm new to adult Lego. I want to buy the new Titanic next month but it was recommended that I start-out with something smaller 😀. I ordered the LEM (lunar excursion module) kit directly from Lego almost one week ago. When I clicked "track order" I got an error message. I contacted Lego and they sent me a copy of the invoice but so far there is no indication that the order has been shipped. This past weekend on Sunday morning I went to Amazon and ordered the Saturn V and it was delivered on Monday afternoon. That would be about 24 hours later! I couldn't find a topic on this yet, sorry if there is one. I just noticed a new self-return option on the SAH website. Am I just that unobservant or is this something new and exciting? I always remember having to contact customer service (always a wait and inconvenient) to get a return going. Has anyone actually gone through this yet? Here are a couple screenshots. I just have to vent a little... I saw the Star Wars Hans Solo metal Keychain on the site and new I had to make an order to get that beauty. So I order $105 bucks worth of stuff just to get the keychain. See the box on my front step and bring it inside. Go to open it and notice the tap on one end at the bottom is lifted off the box... get a dreadful feeling in my guts. Sure enough, everything but the keychain is in the box. Shipping slip says it was in there. Made a claim with FedEx but what do you put on it for value?! Called LEGO and they of course don't have any left, best she could offer was 2000 VIP points. I really only wanted the keychain. Just sad
