We have started discussing this....in a Walmart forum thread, thought it will be worth a thread here. What we know so far (per Emes and the powerful Interwebz) - Target will likely have a summer toy clearance - The start date has historically been around July 15 - Target clearance prices will range from 30/50/70% off as the sale goes on - only seasonal items get the 90% off tag now (mmmm Easter Peeps). Target is doing 20% off any order of Legos over 1 hundy. On already marked down sets this is a phenomenal deal!!! On my way out of Target earlier today, I happen to spot this little goodie right there in the checkout aisles. It has jumped around various countries offered up as a freebie with certain publications and seems to have now found its new home here in the states! It comes with 36 parts, 1 minifigure, and retails for the usual $3.99. Oh yeah, I already entered the set data so tough luck.

I just happended to stumble across this trinity of polybags exclusive elsewhere at Target! The Galaxy Squad "Mini Mech" was up at the checkouts hanging on a hook with the gum and other impulse buys. While the "Umbaran MHC" polybag and last year's Lego Store Halloween exclusive "Witch" polybag were on an endcap in the seasonal candy section (the area of Target where the aisle or aisles are changed with the current holiday's chocolates, candies, and other goodies). The two small polybags retailed for $3.99 while the larger Witch was $4.99. Be sure to grab these before they disappear like all the others do which is rather quickly!

I just picked up 5 4203 sets from my local target. They were marked at 39.99 but rang up 11.99 each when I scanned them. The little girl in line behind me asked her mom why I was buying so many of the same set, lol!

Are these worth picking up at about 30% discount?

As title says, is it possible anymore? I tried in store and it only applied the Red card discount to the portion paid with the Red card.

I have 5 courtesy of Target! What I ordered was 5 doll campers, but I can see how doll campers and 6 ft Christmas trees are easy to confuse

Besides finally finding some of Stephanie's (overpriced) Bakery Stand, I spotted this one beside it going for $3.14 I think. I can't remember exactly off hand. Anyway, I think it looks nice for a small build. You might be able to find it in the seasonal candy section like most exclusive polybags.

So I'm relatively new here but I've yet to run into any "deals" at Target. The only thing I found was the $15.98 Hailfire Droid when that promotion was going on. Target seems to do modest 15-20% discounts and places them on end caps of the aisles, but nothing else. Is this everyone else's experience?

This morning/last night I went to 3 different targets, and all had a few LOTR sets on clearance. Target clearance Lego are generally in the inside aisle where the sports equipment is held, a few aisles down from the Lego itself. So far I have seen Gandalf Arrives for 6.48 Each target I saw had at least 3 or 4 of them. Attack on Weathertops for $41.98 (found some in walmart for $41) Not much else on clearance, but they do have the following superheo sets on sale as well Extremis attack for $18 ($2 off) Wolverine chopper, shield jeep, Lex Luthor power armor and Spiderman jeep for $19 ($1 off, but same price online).

Finally found Atttack on Weathertop, last one and of course one seal was broken. Bought it anyway for $41.98 and the last 3 shelobs for $9.98 each

Online chatted with Target yesterday and apparently you can pay for items with a GC if your final payment is a Target Redcard. My only question is, does anyone know what the minimum RC payment would need to be in order to get the GC? I'm thinking $1 but am curious.
