****************************************************************************************************** Update by jaisonline : Since this thread deals with Bricklink Q&As plus general discussions, I'll be merging (and maybe removing) other bricklink related threads into this one. ****************************************************************************************************** Figured there is tons of questions about selling on Bricklink. Does anyone use the 'my cost' slot when adding items for sale, and if so, how do you calculate your cost per piece when parting out a set? Do you just use the piece count divided by price y…

Not sure if it's been mentioned, but there's a 20 points back on $40 promotion/coupon at Kmart. Could be a good deal with the new Star Wars sets. Additionally, the new sets aren't marked as Hot Buy, so you can stack additional dollar off coupons. I was able to get 2 Carbon-Freezing Sets, 75137, for about 45 with 20 in points back (had a 5 off 35 toys coupon I was also able to use). If you want to apply the coupons manually, just copy the code: Go to the mobile coupons page, copy long number string, paste in apply a code box. I just found out about shopgoodwill.com the other day. They seem to have a boatload of listings for LEGO. I looked through some of the completed auctions and there were a few good deals to be had. There were also lots of ridiculous overpays (especially once shipping was factored in). Does anyone have any experience buying LEGO this way (I'm assuming some of you must)? Any horror stories to tell?

I know this is amazon lego thread, but my question is for walmart. Common factor is lego. Received an email from walmart today from Walmart Trust & Safety <[email protected]> with subject LEGO Review - Action Needed It has been some time since your account has been reviewed for LEGO. To have your account re-reviewed we ask that you answer all the following questions as soon as possible: Are all items on hand? Where are your suppliers located? How long have you been working with these suppliers? What is your return policy? Are you able to provide your own images and con…

I recently purchased a few LEGO sets, and I'm worried about the possibility of counterfeit products in the market. To ensure that I have genuine LEGO sets, I want to learn how to identify and authenticate them effectively. Are there any particular indicators or distinguishing factors I should be aware of when examining LEGO sets? I want to make sure that the sets I've invested in are authentic and not counterfeit replicas. Any guidance or tips on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Just curious, do any of you frequent the LEGO Store Build-A-Minifigure bar to hunt rare pieces to populate your Bricklink stores?

Hey Brickpickers, please DM me on here (with the link to the item and seller profile) whenever you see a suspicious looking Lego listing on Walmart.com going forward. We are working to identify and de-list all bad actors in toys and games there this season. You can send non-Lego links too if clearly suspicious.... Pretty much as soon as we identify the bad actor we can have them banned, so keep em coming as they pop up.

An order I placed recently arrived today. But upon opening the box, inside was another persons order and invoice. All I had coming in was a small 40557 Defense of Hoth set that was on backorder from a larger order I had made during the May the 4th. promotion. Instead, I received a couple small flower sets (40460 Roses, 40461 Tulips), a 21170 Minecraft Pig House, an 21181 Minecraft The Rabbit Ranch, and a 40516 Everyone is Awesome set. Has anyone experienced this before? How did you handle it?

I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right forum but I really wanted to share my recent find with some other Lego lovers. While on vacation visiting family I visited a kids consignment shop with my aunt. She noticed a huge container of lego and pointed it out. I talked to the staff and they were planning on sorting it out and selling it in a Facebook auction around Black Friday. They didn't seem willing to sell it that day so after buying other awesome stuff for my daughter we left. I thought about those lego for the next week and shortly before we left the state I gave the store a call and asked again if they'd be willing to sell it all at once. They agreed! I was a…

Seeing some people have discussions about Dollar General finds and deals. Please post your finds here. I have not ventured into one yet, wanting to see what people are finding before I do, seeing as it’s off the beaten path for me. Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone. I’d like to introduce you to BrikBiz, a mobile BrickLink store manager app that I've been working on for the past year and a half while at the same time, running our own BrickLink store. This is an app designed for BrickLink store owners, therefore, it requires a BrickLink Seller account to operate. Here’s a summary of what it does: Easily manage your BrickLink store on-the-go. Keep track of incoming Orders, or send Drive Thru messages immediately after dropping off the Order. And see your store’s overall performance. Update your inventory without having to squint. Increase (or decrease) item pricing or send them to the Stockroom. Look …

I was just wondering how many users here use instagram. I've found it to be a very useful platform for buying and selling and a great way to be able to see people's creations and to really get to know fellow builders, collectors, and sellers. Sorry if there's already a topic about this but didn't see one when i searched.
