So as well all look to get legos we are tapping all resources ebay shopgoodwill craigslist i recently have had some success with estate sales. I realize they may be priced higher but have been good for some bulk lots and flips. i hate seeing a listing and it's too far from me or can't tell what's in the lots pictured do I figured we could use this to share estate sale stories, post sale you see and more. I just found out about shopgoodwill.com the other day. They seem to have a boatload of listings for LEGO. I looked through some of the completed auctions and there were a few good deals to be had. There were also lots of ridiculous overpays (especially once shipping was factored in). Does anyone have any experience buying LEGO this way (I'm assuming some of you must)? Any horror stories to tell?

An order I placed recently arrived today. But upon opening the box, inside was another persons order and invoice. All I had coming in was a small 40557 Defense of Hoth set that was on backorder from a larger order I had made during the May the 4th. promotion. Instead, I received a couple small flower sets (40460 Roses, 40461 Tulips), a 21170 Minecraft Pig House, an 21181 Minecraft The Rabbit Ranch, and a 40516 Everyone is Awesome set. Has anyone experienced this before? How did you handle it?

i managed to pick up 9 spinner packs, for 2.99 a piece, ive resold all of them within 2 weeks for anywhere from 17.99 to 29.99, krogers doesnt usually carry legos but if ur out shopping check out the toy section.

I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right forum but I really wanted to share my recent find with some other Lego lovers. While on vacation visiting family I visited a kids consignment shop with my aunt. She noticed a huge container of lego and pointed it out. I talked to the staff and they were planning on sorting it out and selling it in a Facebook auction around Black Friday.
