In the last week I have noticed a glitch (or is it?) in Amazon listings. It started with 21309, when Amazon got it in stock my listing disappeared off the site. In my inventory the link to the listing is broken and it doesn't display the lowest price available anymore - it looks like what my inventory shows when I am out of stock, except I do have it in stock. This happened once before, but then the listing was eventually fixed. This time when Amazon went out of stock, the listing didn't come back. No big deal on that one as my listing price is super high and I'm not looking to move them any time soon. But... Today I noticed it on two more listings - Eiffel Tower and…

Last week I got a notice from the USPS that I had a package at the post office with postage due. The notice was to my business name, so I figured it was an Amazon order. I went back through all my Amazon records for the past 45 days and nothing turned up as not having been delivered, so I was really puzzled. I went to the post office and it was an Emma's Horse Trailer I sold on Nov. 15th. It was marked undeliverable, return to sender. I paid the $3.90 postage due, box was pretty beat up but the set inside was in perfect condition (just like I sold it!). Obviously the buyer didn't complain. I'm a bit disappointed with the postal service that it took more than 2 month…

Not to derail further off-topic, but can someone point me in the direction of a thread explaining why pricing errors like this occur on Amazon? Does it have something to do with automatic pricing algorithms used by vendors? If Bob Barker taught me anything, it's that buying something for one dollar is ethical as long as it's close to the actual retail price--without going over.

Amazon's next step in using drone technology for swift delivery of 30 minutes or less as Prime Air is drawing nearer it seems. Well if Jeremy Clarkson is talking about it, it must be good. Just one question, what the heck is "Amazen"?

Jeff and I have been told about a possible huge sales event Amazon is preparing for on July 15, 2015. We have a friend who works within the Robbinsville, NJ Amazon warehouse and they are ramping up for huge activity. My brother in law (who is a mailman) also let me know that they were told that the USPS was told to be prepared for double the Amazon shipments from July 13-18. A friend wrote me today to confirm our suspicions of a gigantic 20th Anniversary Sale that will discount many "Prime" items 25-50% OFF! While this is only a rumor at this point, it makes a lot of sense since Amazon's first day of business was July 16, 1995. There is too much smoke here for there …

Welcome to Brickpicker's Amazon Prime Day 2017 thread! Amazon Prime Day will be Tuesday, July 11. Link to the 2016 thread. Some general info: Try to put all conversation/rumors/speculation/facts here in this thread. Use this thread for ALL deals that you want to share (not just LEGO deals). We will try to cross post LEGO deals to both this thread and Daily Deals. We will try to sticky the deals list and keep it up to date (as best we can).

Just wondering how many of you are starting to receive Amazon Prime Same Day shipping. I noticed this has become available to me and its been fun ordering before noon and getting my stuff around 6pm or so. A few times it came in handy. I just have no idea how they can afford to do this and pay the extra delivery people. They seem to have created their own "Uber" system of delivery people. The orders are not delivered by USPS or UPS/Fedex. Some info on Same Day Delivery: http://amzn.to/283CRjf

Hey guys, I hope to get some help from those who's a regular buyer on Amazon. I had just made multiple purchases on one set, but there's a purchasing limit of 5 similar sets per order. Does this mean thatI can order the same 5 sets again in next time, or am I not allowed to buy any more of that set? And another one; under the item name in the wish list, there's a line saying "Quantity: 3, Has: 2". Does this mean that there's a purchasing limit for this item? And does this last permanently? Thanks a lot for the help, I really appreciate it.

So DNIIM wrote an awesome blog entry about Amazon Quick Picks on the Today's Deal page. Is this feature still available on Amazon? If so, I am having a really hard time finding it. I'm logged in, and I'm on the Today's Deal page, I scroll all the way down, and I don't see it...

Before I would post separate topics showing the discount in the title which worked fine when just a few good ones popped up every now & again but things have gotten to the point of a decently steady pace and posting like before is needlessly tedious and exhausting as Blackjack and exciter1 pointed out. I realize that Legodog had started his own similiar Amazon deal related thread some months ago but don't plan on outright hijacking his thread. Instead I will simply just have this one pinned for easy access and referance available to all members and change this main post to go with flow. So without further ado, here is a quick and complied list (with proper BrickPic…

Just received the following email from Amazon. Seems to basically mean that if you aren't already an established seller (and not using their FBA service) from before Sept 19th (a month ago), you won't be able to sell Toys & Games during the holiday season (until after the first week of Jan 2014), so if you were thinking of just selling sets for the holiday rush, you are essentially SOL. Seems like something to cut down on purely seasonal sellers (like Minecraft only last year) and/or scammers, etc. who don't have any actual stock. They don't want to piss off customers who order stuff which will never arrive. From a seller point of view, could cut down your…

Hello from Amazon. We are writing because your recent order activity indicates that you may be unaware of our policies regarding purchase limits. To provide more customers with an opportunity to benefit from great prices, we may set purchase limits on products that have very low prices or a limited supply. If a product is subject to a purchase limit, you will be notified during the checkout stage. Purchase limits are applied per customer. Once you reach a purchase limit for an item, you are no longer eligible to purchase the item with any other Amazon.com account. We wanted to bring this policy to your attention because violations of this policy may result in the closu…

I have had several shipping problems with amazon as of late. Most recently, I received my Ewok Village......shipped in a large plastic envelope for all intents and purposes......NOT in a box. Needles to say thanks to USPS, corners are smashed, looks like it was probably stepped on, has a vague resemblance to a box at this point. This is the first time I've ordered an item like this that was not shipped in it's own box. Just wondering if anyone else has had similar issues?? Kinda second guessing whether it is worth ordering through them anymore.......

Hi everyone I would like to order something from an Amazon site in the EU, but I can't seem to find any explenations if they ship to other countries expect the one the amazon is from (like amazon.co.uk - UK, amazon.it - Italy). To be more precise I would like to order the SSD from amazon.fr, but I think they won't ship it to Croatia, where I'm from even though we're also in the EU (which should be one market). So I would like to hear your opinions and experience. Is it possible or not to order those kind of sets and have them shipped to different countries within the EU? The item is handled and sold by Amazon and not other retailers.

Looks like if you go to Amazon and scroll to the bottom to press releases, there is an article saying that they will now deliver Sundays to select areas with a greater expansion of the Sunday delivery in 2014. Just an FYI. I thought it was interesting. Maybe not necessary, but will be a good way for the USPS to pick up some much needed cash.

My state, Nevada, started collecting tax from Amazon this year. My Lego order from a few weeks ago had tax added. But my order for a Wi-Fi router a few days ago was not charged tax. Anybody come across this? I'm confused!

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/first-amazon-suing-companies-sell-192002335.html "The e-commerce giant for the first time has filed lawsuits against counterfeit sellers, after a number of businesses on Amazon voiced concern that knockoffs were killing their sales and endangering consumers." Could eventually help the reseller community by further weeding out the knockoffs. If nothing else, it shows that Amazon is willing to bend to the pressure of sellers if they get hit in great numbers. LEGO putting some pressure would certainly assist in this matter. Not that they may take initiative, but I messaged LEGO pointing to this new development. Maybe if enough of …
