I just started collecting legos recently and cheaply so I've been checking out the local walmarts for clearance. I picked up Macks Road Trip 5816 without any real interest in it, but it was only $30. I've seen them selling for over $100 new, so I was wondering, should I sell now or should I sit on it for a bit? It's a duplo set and a younger theme, doesnt seem like it will get much higher in my opinion, but I've only just started collecting. It's new in box but has a crease/dent in box. Thanks for the help.

http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=122532&st=25#entry2534055 Over at Eurobricks, CM4SCI posted a source revealed the next direct to consumer (aka "exclusive") will be Cinderella's Castle. Brickfan reports it will contain minifigs (not the doll-like ones from Princess and Friends). Maybe a Sept, release... By the way, I found this page at brickset. I expect it will be based on the castle at Disney World or the 2015 movie. Likely the WDW version I also think this set will be huge if the design Is better than the last 3 2016 D2C sets. Disneymania will sweep through the LEGO community. http://brickset.com/sets/71040-1/Disney-Cinderella-Ca…

Hi We have a messed up 7199 set which I could spend some time sorting out in order to sell. My question how do I price it. I looked the the info for it and it might fetch in $103 as it's second hand [in Australia]. I looked on ebay and can't see a recently sold set. So how do I know what to price it at? I should mention I have the box and instruction both in vg condition. Thanks! zeee

A while back, I wrote a blog article about the Bottom 50 LEGO sets, Anatomy of a LEGO Investment Loser. Well, fast forward a year and the lowest of the low, the Toy Story 7591 Construct-a-Zurg, is making a comeback. If you take a look at the BrickIndex, you will see that the 7591 is number #4 on the list, UP 41.84% over the past six months. Not only that, but out of the Top 20 fastest growing sets of the past 6 months, 6 of the 20 sets...or 30%, consist of some of the worst LEGO Investment themes...Toy Story, Prince of Persia, Pharaoh's Quest and Atlantis. Is this the time to invest in these perennial losers?

Is anyone else as surprised as I am that this set isn't worth more since it EOL'd? It just seems like this is one of the closest and most authentic minifigures Lego may produce with and 'army' type orientation. Maybe a lot of people had the foresight and bought them up with they had the chance. The uniforms and helmets of the minifigures are very nice and nicely colored in particular the medic helmet. I'm surprised it isn't more popular. Just some food for thought.

I have the chance of picking up a couple of 7597 Western Train Chase at roughly 60% off, what's your opinion on this set? I don't know this particular line very well and I'm second-guessing myself... TY.

(Didn’t see a Disney 2018 thread yet, so I’m posting here for now) I was happy to see a Mulan set in the new Disney Princess sets! (41151 Mulan’s Training Day) Wonder if this will perform as well as the Merida set from 2014 (41051 Merida’s Highland Games)? It’s the only “Brave” set released by Lego, and it’s since doubled in price. I’m still kicking myself for not purchasing the 41060 Sleeping Beauty’s Royal Bedroom. That one sold out fast and has risen in value exponentially—still blows my mind. If you have this set lying around, consider selling now because there’s a new Sleeping Beauty set that just came out for 2018 (41152 Sleeping Beauty’s Fairytale Ca…

https://www.promobricks.de/lego-disney-princess-2020-bilder-und-infos-zu-den-ersten-sets/89267 Looks like they're taking a page out of the Polly Pocket book, literally. Reminds me of pop-up books and there are what I would call "microdolls"? Very interesting. If this Disney "book" idea catches on these could end up being highly collectible. All the books, all the microdolls, completionists dream.

Just2Good on Eurobricks has found a list of some new 2015 LEGO Disney Princess sets. Yes, LEGO has continued with the popular theme that started last year with more princesses from other Disney movies including Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, and wait for it, Frozen! Check out the list of the sets below. Again, they are loosely translated but the names seem accurate enough. So who

Rather early for next year but there seems to be a little info about a couple of new sets based on the Frozen franchise more than likely to capitalize on the future sequel. One can only imagine what other sets will be made available to go alongside these. Perhaps Sleeping Beauty's castle with Maleficent? The list has been updated with the rest of the rumored sets and their respective pricing. 41066 - Anna & Kristoff's Sleigh Adventure = 29.99 €41068 - Arendelle Castle Celebration = 59.99 €41069 - Palace Pets Korallina Day at the Pool = 7.99 €41140 - Daisy's Beauty Salon = 9.99 €41141 - Belle's Royal Carriage = 9.99 €41142 - Palace Pets Royal Castle = 19.99 €
