These sets have looked like they were in really nice condition too.  Hard to do with all the trans colors they used.  Very cool.

Thank you, I have gotten lucky on some decent bulks recently. I do wash all my bulk finds regardless of condition and most of these needed a good hand washing given the nature of the trans parts and some had lots of dust(YUCK!).  I suppose that's what I get for bargain shopping, though I don't mind if the price is right:good:

Edit: We need an upgrade to a Bucs football:lol:

Spent the morning doing some boat restoration. Sails just arrived for the Flagship.

I didn't appreciate the size of the Flagship until sitting it next to the Black Pearl. It's a massive boat.

Nice.  I think i have one of those left from an Amazon return.  I have a hard time opening up sets that have appreciated so much however 🤪  I remember when those were being clearanced for $110.  That may have been the last time I would actually call S&H in response to "call for availability".

Finally got the Disney Castle finished today. I enjoyed building it, just fitting it in a night or two at a time here and there. I liked all the extra disney details it had. Hopefully it will last a day or two at least before my cat knocks it down! 😂

Not sure why I built this in Spring...but, finally built the santa sleigh from #10245 Santa Workshop...and slightly modified it with the Reindeer from 10275 Elf Clubhouse. Also working on a Nativity for the fireplace mantle to go with the Santa sleigh...but, I still need to work on ordering some parts (including finding a different angel and a Lego baby - kind of an important piece to the scene...LOL).

I’ll admit to being a bit of a heathen, but I love the nativity scene. That rocks.

I got home from work Friday to my 4 year old saying "daddy build another pirate ship". Apparently he's addicted now. So I let him pick one out and we built it. Without a doubt the hardest set I've ever built in hard mode. The piece selection is vast (4 inventory pages in the manual) so finding one or two of the low count pieces was quite a pain.

I love this set. It's so fun. Each time you think it can't get any bigget/taller....it gets bigger/taller. Not sure why value hasn't gone up as It's one of my faves as far as fun/different sets go.

It's always nice when you can get the wife involved. My wife stole my Bonsai and built it when it first came out. Then I came home from work a few days ago and she was working on it again. I asked her "You taking it apart to put in storage?",  she replied "Nope, it's spring... time to swap out the green leaves for the pink cherry blossoms".

You guys are more mature than I've been led to believe.

Oh yeah, we're all like totally mature grown-ups here.

completed my first lego set build.

gave my 3 year old niece the easter carrot house promo set but didnt realize she was too young so i needed to make it myself.

her review: she didnt care too much for set in general but became absolutely hysterical discovering the bunny had a tail.

my review: thought it would be more sturdy and was slightly disappointed at the fragility of it - it was broken within an hour into pieces.

i guess I am pro - kragglizing

Thinking back on the Brickpicker's history of inappropriate set names/acronyms, I will always remember Escort Girls as never fully living up to its potential.

I still get a urge to laugh thinking about how ridiculous these were from time to time. Star wieners🤣

also had a good laugh when I looked up the Speed Champion equivalent

My son and I completed about 1/3 of the Aston Martin build when we got to this step. I was wondering, "What in the heck is this space in the rear quarter panel for"? Well done Lego.

My son is currently building this set also. Pleasantly surprised by the build, the details, and the overall "Bondification" of the car!

I agree. A lot of cool features coming into fruition as we build.

Special thanks to @Phil B for nudging me to pick it up (got it used, complete with box, for $80).
