  2. The Cineplex kids combo once again has a coupon for $10 off a $50 purchase at TRU. It excludes LEGO that is $129.99 or more. There is also another coupon for Disney's Planes toys. This essentially gives you another 20% off, which can be decent if you combine it with the 20% off already in stores? Last few months they had a $15 off $60 coupon, so this one isn't as good. Just a heads up in case anyone is heading to the theatres!

  3. Started by Sandwraith,

Just placed an order this morning for 2 GE's while it was still in stock on both TRU.ca and TRU Canada ebay and just got a cancellation e-mail saying there were none in stock. Sure enough TRU.ca and ebay lists it as OOS now. Have 3 myself, but was looking for a couple more, oh well. Certainly a good sign! I know some of you have some GE's from TRU that were thinking of returning, don't do it!

  4. So I was at my local target in Richmond, BC and saw pretty much all Chima 50% off including cragger command ship (49.99), combat lair (44.99), etc. Select Ninjago sets were 50% off too, like Garmatron for 24.99. But... YMMV

  5. Started by @rtisan,

Looks like 20% off LOTR, Hobbit, and Monster Fighters. Barrel escape is $43.97 online, for anyone looking to pick up any of those. Nothing great, but certainly better than what we`ve had the last few weeks.

My local walmart had some new sets on clearance today. Best deal deal was the wizard battle for 38% off. the other sets were so so, 20% or less.

  8. Started by peenutz,

Really nothing at all... 20% off select City, Creator, Basic and Super Heroes sets. You can also receive a free Spider-Man Glider polybag (4.99 value) when you purchase a minimum of $30. Here`s the kicker, the offer only applies to a purchase of any REGULAR priced Lego sets... and our neighbours down south are complaining about a lack of deals...

This could of went in multiple forums/topics but I'll decided to condense it here on the Canada sub section for more local traffic. Went to the Discovery Centre today at Vaughan Mills, annual passes were 15% off and I saw some SSD's and GE's available, asked a rep are they're still giving 10% off ALL sets and she said yes. Couldn't refuse so got my annual pass. 15% off. There were 2 SSDs left, I took the best condition one (9/10)...who knows if they have more in the back. Also picked up 4 GE's. 10% off these sets saved me a bundle OR basically got my annual pass free and Lego purchases at 10% off for the next 365 days. There is ONE SSD left, ok …

  10. Started by IAmElim,

Just to let you know, at my local LEGO Store in Laval, there are discounts on a few sets that are NOT on discount on shop.lego.com. For instance, some of the smallers sets of Super Heroes line, a few of the TMNT sets and some Friends sets (including Olivia's House 3315). The discounts are 20% off. Of course, no discount on exclusive sets...

  11. Started by speedsausage,

Looks like Walmart in Mississauga Ontario has some deals, ie. LOTR Pirate Ship Ambush for $80 and a couple of smaller superman/batman sets at 20%-30% off. Wish this was in my hood!

Just an update for collectors/investors in Canada...GE's are sold out at TRU.ca and Amazon.ca only show's 1 left. Surprised me, I was hoping to wait it out until LEGO Shop at Home is sold out (eventually) first before buying another GE at TRU.ca to delay spending but looks like TRU ran out of stock first. We don't have have GE's in our Walmarts, Chapters/Indigo, Targets, Mastermind, BB/FS etc. and apparently out of stock locally in my area at all 3 Lego Stores in Toronto and Lego Discovery Centre so I would recommend folks pick up at least ONE at LEGO Shop at Home before it's gone from retailers. I purchased another GE today, used my available VIP pts and …

  13. ToysRus.ca (canada) Fire Transporter Cool little set - 50% off at $34.95 Free shipping on orders over $25 too. Thank a random Reddit post for this info (yes... Reddit)

  14. Since it's on the website, I guess it's nation-wide. It isn't the greatest deal in the world, but at the store I went to in downtown Toronto (First Canadian Place), they still had a bunch of Simpsons mini-figure packs left. I guess that would work, if people are looking for them. *Offer valid in-store June 20

Looks like 20% off select Chima, Ninja Turtles, Hero Factory, and Technic. Also the flyer says "Save up to $10 on all Lego videogames" and they are also giving away a FREE Lego Movie poster with the purchase of a DVD or Blu Ray! EDIT: Also 50 airmiles for at least $50 dollars spent as well. Thanks lobo1969! So basically nothing yet again...

  16. My weekly flyer shows that select Star Wars and other sets are 20% off this week. On top of that, they are doing a no tax event today and this weekend so those sets would be 33% off (20% discount plus 13% HST). RCS is one of my favourite places to buy because they often have 50% clearance prices so there may be some of those bargains as well.

I've been to GTA Lego stores a couple times in the past week and kept hearing that what little of these sets they get are gone immediately. My son and I were at the Legoland in Vaughan on the weekend and they had a large end full of these sets. Now it seems that this place has fallen in line with Lego's policies on exclusives and high priced items as there were no discounts (members usually get 10% off everything in store). However the Lego VIP program (which does not apply at Legoland as it is run under license from Lego) only gets you 5% off so if you don't care about a few bucks and want one this is the place to go. On a personal note, this is a fantastic looking…

Hey guys, 25% off select sets at Sears.ca. A very small increase up from their usual 20% sales, unfortunately there really isn`t much selection for the price, very little in fact. Worth posting just in case someone wants to pick up something. I wish they would post clearance deals (40%+ off). This is rediculous, the sales usual consist of the same rotation of sets. If they aren`t moving, you`de think after all these months the price would drop even more. Guess not yet! Haha.

  19. I like the polybag but what has everyone been buying to get it while sticking close to $75 threshold? I'm getting bored of just buying VW T1 and would rather spend less to get a few more of these polys.

  20. You can pre-order the, The LEGO Movie 3D (Everything is Awesome Edition) [blu-ray 3D + Blu-ray + DVD + UltraViolet + LEGO Figurine] for $29.97 right now. MSRP $49.99 Not sure how well the Lego figure will perform, but it seems like an exclusive. http://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00ID1CEU2/ref=s9_simh_gw_p74_d0_i1?pf_rd_m=A3DWYIK6Y9EEQB&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=0PF3SJRGJX877YPJ6E00&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=1687860482&pf_rd_i=915398

Use promo code WeLoveDad during checkout and get 25% off any set. Pretty good for us Canadians if you need a set for collection/personal, especially newer sets...always had good experience with Indigo box condition/delivery and plus you get Plum Pts that add up. Bought one Mirkwood Elf Army for personal collection...I'm sure we can find better deals (+25% off) but I'll play it safe and just get one for myself now. Too bad Helms Deep is sold out Millennium Falcon 7965 was tempting at 25% off since I just sold my last two for over retail price. Free delivery over $25...was going to get small cottage set for my son but was a few bucks under free delivery...…

  25. Hi all Well since our Canadian deals have been rather slow lately (as opposed to our friends to the south) Chapters has thrown us a small bone. Using the code 'WeLoveDad' you get 25% off 1 item. Note this does not apply to Lego Friends (was going to grab a DC) Went with a Cinderella Castle likely to be used for Christmas for my daughter. Enjoy
