Showed $27 in points back and then it would drop to $17 during checkout. Exit out, and then it would be 17 again at the cart screen. After clicking on some other things at SYW.com, I went back to my cart and the full $23 showed again. This time it stuck through checkout (although applying $8.67 in (surprise) points reduced the points credited to $16.50 but $16.50+$8.67 > $23 so I'm not complaining).
