I am new to Lego investing, so in hopes of trying to keep up on the Amazon prices without wasting every hour of every day, I set out to look for something that could track prices and notify me when it/they dropped below a certain threshold. I didn't see anything on Amazon that could do something like this, but I did find a third party website called "TheTracktor" that could help with this. You pick out the Amazon set(s) you want to track, set a price level, and wait for an e-mail notification that the price has dropped on your item. http://www.thetracktor.com So far, the site has worked well. It's bare-bones and doesn't do much besides its intended purpose, bu…

The other day, Bold-Arrow posted that the Tower Bridge was available on WH, so I pulled the trigger. It arrived today. It was clearly opened. Here's some pictures of the box: I haven't opened it up yet to inspect. Looking for general opinion - if the bags are intact, should I keep it? I'm leaning toward yes. (Full report coming soon)

Just noticed that Amazon has a nice price on the Robie House. It's ususally $200, but they have it right now for $149 and if you are Prime member thats free shipping, no tax. Buy LEGO 21010 Robie House UPDATE: I see some are selling it now for $135 with shipping. That is fantastic!

You can purchase the Vampyre Castle (9468) for $86.63 including shipping to the U.S. Amazon UK Vampyre Castle - 9468 for $86.63 shipped It is not a bad price, but not great. The main risk is damage to the box as I don't think you get free returns to Amazon.co.uk from the U.S. I've ordered from Amazon UK about 12 times and had slighlty damaged boxes twice, but not enough damage to make me return them, so I'm not sure how that would work out.

Hi Fellow BPErs: I am new to selling Legos on Amazon. One of the unknowns for me is regarding the return rate for legos by customers. For those seasoned sellers, can you tell me at what rate do customers return their purchased Lego sets from your experience? I am talking specifically about self ship, although if you have info on FBA that would be great too. Thanks in advance for your help

Recently got request of return from one buyer stating the reason for return was "no longer needed/wanted - birthday present already purchased". Initially, I was about to reply and OK with the return but informed the buyer the refund would be minus the shipping cost and he or she would be responsible for return shipping cost. But then I realized the buyer purchased in early Nov 2015 and requested return after almost two months. I found it unreasonable and then cancel the request and indicated that the Lego set can only be returned if wrong item is shipped or defective item. The buyer replied that he or she still felt it could be returned and wanted me to …

Received a Rancor Pit from Amazon yesterday. There's slight damage to the box - a nice crease on the top, and some denting on the front. If this was for a personal build, I wouldn't care. But I bought this to pair with a Jabba's Palace that I have. Wondering if I should ask Amazon to dispatch an exchange? Should I just hold on to it and not worry about it? Or should I contact Amazon CS and see what their suggestion is? What would you do?

I have a couple sets that I regretfully have to return to Amazon (not a reseller). A couple SW sets came in with the boxes too crushed for me to accept. Should I specify that "the shipping box wasn't damaged but the items were" or just something vague like "no longer want"? Does it matter? Thanks all. Best Regards.

I recently cleaned up my AMZ listings and a load of old collectible minifig listings are gone. Trying to make a new listing on AMZ doesn't ever seem to work for me. Anybody run into this? These POS minifigs are finally starting to be worth something, I was hoping to just update my inventory and start moving them. Looks like ebay may be my only move. sorry, meant to post in the selling on amazon thread

I did not qualify for the toy selling requirements this past holiday season, however their notice on this subject stated that I would be able to resume selling on January 5. It is now the 7th and all of my items are still showing as "Blocked unless FBA". Is anyone else experiencing this? I sent them an inquiry yesterday but haven't heard a peep.
