As soon as I applied the GC the points back would disappear. Removing the GC made the points back reappear. But when I first applied another (fresh) GC, and then applied the $0.55 GC, all the points stayed. Weird. PS: Still waiting on an order from 8/31 to start shipping to store. I know we had Labor Day in the middle, but should I be getting worried? This was for 2 sets that blipped in and out of Sears pickup availability within 24 hours. Follow-up on this: chatted with Sears support who told me this order was cancelled due to a Processing Error. I guess that means they couldn't find the items in stock but were too lazy to tell me. Told her that the order wasn't cancelled as I got neither points nor GC balance refunded. Without skipping a beat she gave me the total purchase amount back in points (GC + sweeps points + Surprise points), and said "just reorder".
