  4. As requested and cause I've seen some random Posts about it: here is a new thread to discuss nutrition, exercise, active lifestyle interests and the like. New year is approaching and as always many will say I'm gonna get in shape..... It'll last a month. So the timing of this thread I think and hope can provide some inspiration. I have a passion for lifting weights, snowboarding, hiking, camping, and finding new ways to stay fit. I am more then happy to answer any questions regarding eating choices and weightlifting either on this thread or via pm. I know how I feel and how my body reacts to certain foods and such and I've always found that interesting. I know…

So I'm in the market for a smartwatch, I've narrowed it down to either the Moto 360 or the Galaxy Gear S. Anybody have any input? I've been researching for over a month now but would like to hear what the tech heads here have to say. Thanks in advance!

I've been at this for a while now, and I have some friends who are heavy Magic players - I always keep my eye out for sealed product on clearance for them, but I never come across any. Is this a function of the card business, are they not allowed to clear/discount or do they just never bother? Anyone have any insights on M:TG clearance?

I recently saw the light and switched from iOS to andriod with a new note 4 installed the ebay app, and got ka-ching notifications all night and drove my wife crazy. I looked in the app and turned on quiet time from 10pm to 6am, but now I don't get any notification sounds at all. Andriod retarded, so help me out, I turned something off somewhere. p.s. not getting the nice Paypal noise either

This could really change LEGO Ideas. It would be great to build virtual lego sets with any piece imaginable as a hologram.

Hi there, I have discovered these in a few of the Lego lots I have purchased. I realize they are not Lego but would someone please be able to ID this for me? My 7 year old son insists that they are cat toys, LOL! I think they are Megablok wheels. Please settle our disagreement. Thanks!

Because we are a global community, I would like to create a thread for talking about the COVID-19 how this has impacted you. I work for a smaller, Chinese-owned tool company. Our workforce after CNY and the extended break was only running at about 40%, of which this is actually on the higher side compared to what I've heard about other, much larger tech companies. While we haven't felt much of the impact here in the US, I am sure we will soon. The way that some companies flow in goods from overseas will really have an impact on store shelves; Stores like Walmart that have large DC's and reroute the flow and quantity of goods so that the shelves don't look as bare. T…

It's not just Lego I take to the extreme, I am also an avid fan of Christmas lights, and so I thought I'd share my Christmas light display with all of you: Anyone else taking it to the extreme with Christmas decorating? Thanks, Jim

update by jaisonline and bold-arrow: please keep the thread clean, otherwise it will be locked & warnings issued. Not sure if this has been posted or not... http://www.independent.co.uk/arts-entertainment/films/news/fifty-shades-of-grey-movie-gets-the-lego-treatment-complete-with-whips-and-blindfolds-10026034.html Good or bad? OMG, I'm blushing watching the LEGO man having that creepy smile.

  17. It looks pretty cool. A couple of toy lines are missing like Super Powers (although a 1990s Batman is there). Very cool looking. Original article = http://www.cincinnatimagazine.com/citywiseblog/new-mural-to-honor-kenner-products-and-cincinnatis-toy-design-heritage/

In this time of lockdowns, contested elections, and general uncertainly, an annual question looms large — how you gonna brine and cook that bird? Bonus points will be given for using “spatchcock” creatively in a sentence. Be forewarned that any mention of a frankenbird, be it a turducken or any such monster, will cause certain members (myself included) to simultaneously vomit and achieve full release.

I hope this is ok to do. Please feel free to delete it if necessary. If you're looking for a kids book for a Christmas present take a look at "Kyppa and the Duckling". My girlfriend wrote this story to honor our late Rottweiler Kyppa. It's a cute story she's had in her head for years and finally put a book together. Thanks for looking! http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1514601966?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00

Alright guys, I know little about Pokemon, but my son is really getting into it and I was planning on getting him some stuff for Christmas. He has his favorite characters, if I get a tin with that character on it, is he guaranteed to get that guy? Or are you just buying that certain tin to have the tin with that guy on it? Thanks in advance.

Any Clashers on here? I started the game this past Sept. Can be addictive trying to build up defenses/base...just when you think the next upgrade will be awesome, you always want the next level. I'm no where near maxed out (or in Champions league). Maybe there will be Lego Ideas set.

  22. I do all the holiday shopping in my house for my 4 kids, my husband, and even myself. Each year, around September, I start planning and deal hunting and buying. The past few years, I have managed to "finish" by early November, but then tack on a bunch of must-have family gifts. This year is a new record. I decided I wanted to buy Lego Dimensions, and then it all went downhill. I started out trying to get about $200 together to buy the game, and ended up convincing myself that we needed a PS4 too. Here's what I bought: PS4 500 w/ Star Wars Battlefront (std) and Guitar Hero (single guitar) - $340 Extra controller $40 Lego Dimensions Starter $50 LD Level …
