Anyone else into Pub trivia? I host a pub trivia night, and occasionally play Geeks Who Drink. Anyway, Geekbowl IX was in Albuquerque this weekend (Feb. 7), and I put together a team to attend. 140 teams total, and a fantastic event it was! Dan Band played a live round and the intermissions, and the competition was fierce. Amazingly, my team finished THIRD overall, losing only to a prior World Champions from Philly and Denver. Hi everyone! Has any of you tried the Star Wars Force Collection game? It's a card game in which you collect cards, battle with them join legions with ships and participate in wars, etc... I find the game fun and somewhat competitive when trying to trade your cards with others. Most players try to slip you low level rarity cards for rare cards, but overall it's really fun. I was just wondering if any Brickpickers are playing it. Cheers!

My girlfriend and I are going to her family Christmas party where there will be approximately 40 people and we want to host a version of Family Feud between the adults (ages 45-60) and the "kids" (ages 20-30) We have a trophy and small prize for the winners and came up with 10 questions and are trying to ask about 25 people each to come up with the surveys. So my wife was dropping off a package for me at the Post Office this morning at she Heytells me to say, "We are going to have to do Christmans cards this year just so we can use these Batman Stamps." Needless to say they are very cool and yes all of our Christmas card envelopes will have them. Batman Forever! (Ed I bet you'll love these)

Alright guys, I know little about Pokemon, but my son is really getting into it and I was planning on getting him some stuff for Christmas. He has his favorite characters, if I get a tin with that character on it, is he guaranteed to get that guy? Or are you just buying that certain tin to have the tin with that guy on it?
