sorry if this falls under topic redundancy, but someone on Ebay just extended an offer to me from Brazil. Now I know Italy is definitely a no no and you should never sell to someone from there, I was just wondering if anyone had any advice for me regarding Brazil and if its no problem? Thanks!

Just sold my first item on Ebay in awhile and I'm fairly certain that my prior settings were to ship to only lower 48, but the winner is from Hawaii. Just need someone to confirm what it seems that I'm reading is that Flat rate Boxes will ship to all 50 states for the same price? Want to prepare myself for an additional charge now rather in the morning staring at the postal worker. Thanks

Not sure what to do. I listed a 31313 and someone from Pakistan bought it without using the GSP. I guess its alright since I can still use USPS. My problem is the buyer has 0 feedback. I made sure when I made the listing that it wouldnt sell to anyone with a negative feedback but that didn't stop this guy from buying it since he doesn't have any feedback Im assuming if I cancel it he might put negative feedback on me now. If it wasn't a $350 item and maybe a $50 item I wouldn't worry bout it to much. What would u do in this situation?

Anyone here shipped to Russia lately? I had a buyer for two Harry Potter sets, but eBay won't let me print the label. Might be an issue with the address. Anyone run into issues shipping there due to how the addresses are structured, or could it be something else? USPS.com won't let me print the label there either. I am worried the shipping is going to be way more than what they paid (and I am wondering how eBay came up with the estimate since they won't let me print).

Good afternoon fellow Pickers. I come to seek ye ol advice. I have a decent amount of used sets that I need to sell. My wife has already begun the "every time I come in the bonus room there are more legos" bit. Plus I need to make room for a baby in August. So my question is... How do you ship used sets? Do you literally leave some assembled? If any one could attach pictures of how you do it, that would be phenomenal. I may post on CL and FB groups, but I don't figure to get what I want out of them. But it would at least be local. I will ultimately try to sell on eBay once I figure out how to ship so I don't lose money on shipping. Thanks in advance ever…

Has Shopko always had great prices on Lego? I went today to check out what they had, since I had never stepped foot in the store, and they had a pretty decent Lego aisle. On top of that, the prices were amazing. Keep in mind, these are their regular prices: Helm's Deep-$99.99 Jabba's Palace -$89.99 The list goes on. They were also running a 10% off deal until December 24, and had sets like Mines or Moria on sale for $59.99, Clone Wars Geonosian Fighter for $9.99, regular price. Didn't pick anything up today because I really wanted to ban myself for awhile, but the prices were really hard to beat. Is this normal for this store? They still had the Creator Seas…

Got the circular in mail today---BOGO 50% off on LEGO starting tomorrow. Doesn't include clearance. Not sure if there will be too many deals to be had given some of their prices, but you never know. Olivia's House and some others are usually priced below retail.

Are there any good deals at Shopko? Has anyone shopped at Shopko before? If so, do they have a small or big selection of Lego? Any clearance? I bought Lego from TRU and Target last week, so I thought I would try somewhere else to buy Lego. thanks.

I'm not sure if there is anything worthwhile since they really raised their prices in the last week (TRU watch out) but I thought I would post this for anyone interested. You can save $10 off $50 by using the code SPRING10 at checkout. This coupon code is good through March 30. If they have another sale that overlaps this then you may be able to find some good deals otherwise I'm not sure but happy hunting.

Here is the link: http://www.shopko.com/detail/lego-star-wars-at-st--endor/45632 I tried to order this once before but after three weeks it was canceled out. I decided I'll try again. Results may vary. I couldn't find anything else worth ordering to get free shipping, but the planets came out to about four dollars a piece for me, and to me that's a deal. Happy Hunting!

At Shopko.com they are currently running a BOGO 50% sale. Use coupon code addcolor10 to get an additional 10.00 off your order. While their selection is limited and they don't allow you to double up on some sets they do have some of the newer sets at msrp or a bit lower. It is advertised on the website that a person gets free shipping on orders above 75.00 but through the website I haven't gotten it to work and haven't called them yet to see what the deal is with that. Happy Hunting!

I was really dreading the loss of tax free shopping at amzn that happened a few days ago in my state...as we reliably have a monthly spend with them of 1.5k or so. We bought everything...even some foods and loved prices and prime. Well son wanted swap force...and we spoil him absurdly...so wanted to buy it for him now instead of Santa. Looked locally on phone as we were heading to stores and it was 75 everywhere...65 on amzn....but now with tax and 2 days. Went to tgt as I had 6 of those $10 cards from lego buys. Remembered someone mentioning price matching amzn at tgt....never price matched in my life but gave a shot. Went to customer service and asked …

I've got a collection on of futuron sets. 13 used sets, 3 have boxes (cosmic laser launcher, interplanetary rover, and Stardefender 200), the rest are complete with instructions. I've had a lot of offers, most is in 200 range. I bought this on cl for 70. The highest offer I've gotten is 275... Should I accept and sell? I used lot calculator that puts this lot at about 320 so it's not too far off. Here is a pic:

Hi, For the Ebay veterans, I saw a "buy now" for a nice NISB Lego set (still in production - not retired) at significant discount off MSRP. The problem is that the seller is in Asia, just joined Ebay a few months ago, and has only a few feedback. His feedback consists of people who have supposedly bought the Lego sets with no problem. I looked around and I don't think the chinese has made the fake on this set yet. am I setting myself up for a scam? Supposedly ebay/paypal favors the buyer if something goes wrong, right? Am I seeing risks that are not there, or rightfully concerned? your thoughts are appreciated.

Please bare with the long explanation. So I just got into Lego in January when I built a UCS Slave I. I then bought a MF, an IST, a VW T1, and a Mini within the next 3 months. This hobby was getting expensive, so I decided to start buying/selling to satisfy my need to build and bankroll my personal collection, not for long-term investment. So far I've sold a Classic Mr. Freeze that my buddy put on his EBay. I have about $1,500 into 2 bulk lots and other new and used sets. Been using BL and CL so far b/c I'm reticent to use EBay based on all the horror stories on here and eating a hundred dollar set would be a significant blow to my small enterprise So I had a guy c…

I came across a good deal on four Sealed Harry Potter Chamber of Secrets (2002) Sets and was wondering if there would be any benefit in holding onto them for a bit longer. Another question do you think it would be better to sell them separately or in a lot together? The Four sets are , 4726 - Quidditch Practice (Sealed) 4729 - Dumbledore's Office (Sealed) 4731 - Dobby's Release (Sealed) 4735 - Slytherin (Sealed) Thanks,

Does any one here have experience packing their sets with "Shrink Wrap Film" ? I am packing all my sets in individual uline boxes and halfway though it, the "wise" person we all have at home aka "Wife" asked if down the road would the film stick to the art box...... uhmmmm??? Would it? I am packing them this way as i am sending them away for storage , and I think the wrap will prevent humidity, dust and critters to damage the box..... Any thoughts? BR

I have just started moving some of my larger sets, and I have decided to place a requirement for signature confirmation. Any thoughts on this? Does anyone else?

Hi, Since paypal now switches from 45 days for a dispute to a whopping 180 days, and I am generally not eager to pay about 3% of what I get for a buyer protection I don't want, I was looking for alternatives. Going away from paypal is probably not going to work well for most (as it is so well known and "trusted"), but offering an alternative would be nice. Skrill is often mentioned as one of the "bigger" online payment services, at least when I searched for paypal alternatives. Does anybody here use it (regardless whether as buyer or seller), and could share their experience?
