I just sold a Lego Attack of the Wargs. BNIB. I've been selling for 11 years with 379 100% feedbacks and no negative feedbacks. I bought it new, took pictures of it to sell on Ebay, packaged it well. This was a brand new unopened item. The buyer opens a case with ebay (he has feedback of 11) and says, "The box was already opened. The instructions for this set were in the box but the Legos included were not this set. As well, there was a World of Warcraft action figure set included...My son is very upset that what he thought he was receiving was not at all what you promised." I've never owned a World of Warcraft action figure! How will Ebay handl…

Hi there! I'm new here after stumbling across the site while researching my treasures I recently dragged all our old Lego out of the garage. It was originally kept for my son but to be honest he prefers breaking it all up and building elaborate models of his own, for which he has a large bin of odds and ends so the whole lot is destined to go. I have many sets from the 80s as well as a few from the late 70s and early 90s. All of them are unboxed but have the original instructions and are in excellent condition. I have a few questions as to the best way to sell these sets and would appreciate any advice you could give. So... 1) Is it vital that the sets are 10…

I am a new seller on Ebay with only about 200 sales and a little over 100 feedbacks at 100 positive ratio. My problem Ebayer, with zero feedback, bought a Hulkcarrier 6868 and is now saying "I ordered the hulk carrier breakout set(6868) for my son for Christmas. The set was said to be new and sealed and appeared that way when delivered. However when we opened the set all bags where not sealed and all the figures were missing. The figures were why he wanted this set and he was devasted. This was his main gift and it really spoiled the holiday for him and his belief in Santa. I am hoping you can make this right and quickly please." I personally don't…

I got these Legos at a yard sale for 25$. There were 4 different bins but the lady didn't want me to take the bins so I stupidly dumped all of them into one bag mixing them up. It came with 3 booklets so I know some of them are from the Lego 7180 Star wars and Droid Developer kit. It also came with a Wave Breaker Mega Block booklet but I have looked through them and there is no megablock pieces in the stash. There also seem to be some egyptian and harry potter pieces but I am not sure if they are all included Here is an album http://imgur.com/a/JH1rT Would it be a better idea to just sell them by the pound? or should I make the effort to identify the parts? In total it…

Hi all, I am new to this site, and I've never sold Lego before, but I have a decent sized collection with minifigs and a rare set and I'd like to know what the community thinks it's worth. Also, should I sell them all together or sell the bulk separately? What's the best strategy? I was thinking all together for $1000 but could be way off in either direction. Also how much should I value the Yoda at? Let me know what you think, thank you! Here's what I've got: Many retired sets, including the rare Star Wars Yoda, set #7194-1. Nothing newer than 2002 or so, some much older. Lots of Star Wars, aquanauts, police, firefighters, pirates, space shuttle, and lots of …

I have a friend going overseas to Europe next month, and I was hoping to have him snag me a few sets (Namely the Star Wars Planets Series 4) - Can anyone from the region let me know what are a couple of the easiest/best stores for him to look? They will be in: Vienna, Austria Bratislava, Slovakia Budapest, Hungary In addition, other than the SW: Planets, are there any other regional exclusives I might be interested in having? Thanks in advance!

(if this isn't posted in the proper forum, sorry!...not a clue where else this should go) ===== Once per year I, along with a handful of others, gather various toys, etc. for local children's hospitals, programs, etc. We do not get paid for any of this and all of our time is donated. However, they do allocate certain funds each year for various products. I have been asked to get "as much jungle sets as possible" and the funds I have left for this fiscal year is 400. Boxes can be damaged but bags must be sealed. I have to use these funds by 7/30 or it goes back into the fund pool. I'm in no way looking for a handout but probably can't go paying crazy pre…

Browsed a few pages of the Buy&Sell forum and couldn't find an appropriate thread to post this in.... if a Mod sees a fitting place please feel free to move the post. Last weekend I picked up a bulk SW lot on CL. Spent the last week running the sets through Bricklink Inventory lists and verifying any missing parts. They're all older SW sets. Included are some of the original micro fighters, called Mini back then. From the sets of instructions, I've got parts of two series, but neither series is complete. [4484, 4485, 4487] is a 3/4 complete series, and I've got [4490, 4491] which is 1/2 of a complete series. Blah blah blah... what the heck am I waffling o…

Hello everyone, I am experiencing some unforeseen financial hardships right now, and as much as it pains me, I need to sell a good amount of my LEGO collection a little bit ahead of schedule. Please let me know if you are interested in buying anything, and I can send you a list. All my sets are new in box, and in excellent condition. I have always been a stickler for condition. I am eventually going to head to eBay with this, but I wanted to give everyone here an opportunity first. I want my sets to go to a good home. Thanks everyone! -Aaron-

I am working on trying to finish up a few sets for my kids for Christmas. I am missing quite a few mini figures. I would like to purchase a larger lot if possible. They do not need to be mint, they will be played with by little ones. PLMK if you have any of these for sale/trade. I don't have tons to trade, but I will trade very well to complete these sets. Agents 8970 - all 6 People *priority* Atlantis *8060 - Sharkman *priority* Lego City *5612 - Person *5613 - Person *5620 - Person *7737 - Person Space Police *5972 - Police Guy (good guy) *priority* Star Wars *6205 - Blue/White Storm Trooper Pilot …

I was in B&****** tonight and there were some sheets of paper temporary taped to the Lego displays. They are obviously for the workers to set up the displays and know where the sets go. I took some photos. Not sure if there is anything we can learn from this but I figured post them in case. Sorry for the quality of the photos. I was getting looks from the employees so I was trying to make it fast.

I didn't see this mentioned anywhere before, but the original shipments of the Stagecoach Escape had an error on the box. The Barret character was incorrect in the areas of the box where it shows the names of the character. The original, incorrect box showed Barret with a different head and a red bandana, which didn't match the character in the set and pictured on the stagecoach on the front of the box. New boxes have been shipped to LEGO stores now with the correct image for Barret. I doubt there will be much extra value in the error box, but I know some people are in to that kind of thing, including me. The new, corrected box art is below.

I have heard talk of a Bricks and Minifig store opening up in my area. I actually looked into opening one or something similar and the numbers just didnt seem right for my area. Hopefully I am wrong and the store is a great success. We already have a Lego store and its one of the smallest as far as sales volume goes. I dont really have much competition in my area when it comes to buying clearance Lego so I hope that doesnt change.

Printing a shipping label tonight for an eBay order, and the address looks fine, but the name it is going to is: "New Identity". Anyone seen that before? I messaged the buyer--and hoping to get a response tonight, but thought I'd ask here in case anyone else has seen something similar. Thanks!

I am a new member of brickpicker.com looking to get into bulk lots. However, I am having a hard time finding good ones. Any advice on how or where to find good lego bulk sets would be highly appreciated! I am looking for bulk sets with minifigs not ones that have already been sorted and minifigs removed.

There has been a lot of talk about this particular issue. Heck, there was even an article for it. However, it has been explained before that actual 'Drop Shipping' is a legimate practice used by companies such as Wal-Mart and Amazon when you order something online. It is only when you have individuals using stolen credit cards things get illegal. I have read complaints from some members about using the term 'drop shipper' for these illegal practices when the truth is actual 'drop shipping' is legal. So I am proposing that we put our heads together and come up with a name that befits the crooks that use the legal practice of 'drop shipping' for their own illegal purpo…

I recently decided to try to sell off my Legos on bricklink and have found that the user interface is extremely hard to use. I loaded a few items just to try it out and finally received an email about someone trying to purchase my items but they are asking for a bypass number to complete their order. Any idea what they are wanting? He is from South Korea and I have no experience with international shipping. Any advice s greatly appreciated! I went nuts on recent sales and need to unload this inventory! Thanks!

Hey all, I am new to lego and I am in my early 40's. I would like to build skyscrappers and would like to order the bricks that I need and not buy colourful lego sets. Do you guys have any tips on where to start and what to do ? Should I build using 1x4 or 2x4 ? What is the most economical way to build skyscrapers ? What's the most intelligent and cost efficient way to build with windows ? Thank you for your time
