The St. Louis Kids Fest was a huge success! We scored all these polybags for completing activities. I was shocked at the amount of sand green parts in all the piles and activities. Got to hear one of 8 master builders give a talk. The kids had to run back and forth building a lego pizza. Tons of big models like smaug, vader, groot, hulk. Lots of people buying sets at full MSRP, such a shame lol.

Wish they had one of these closer to me. Or, that they did it in June when I'll be in St. Louis.

Has anybody ever been to the LEGO inside tour?

http://brickfanatics.co.uk/lego-inside-tour-2016-details/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+Brickfanatics+(Brick+Fanatics)

Sounds awesome but for around 2000€ p.P. not so much... I mean seriously 2000€!!!

The inside tour, 2 nights hotel with food... maybe 1000€ is something where I would say "alright" but 2000€ just sounds like too much.

Would be interesting to hear from anyone who participated.

If you are an AFOL, its a once-in-a-lifetime pilgrimage.  If you don't know what AFOL means, the tour won't be meaningful to you.

You can read comments about this year here: http://www.bricksetforum.com/discussion/16661/2015-inside-tour/p1

I plan to go, but probably not until 2018 when the Lego House is open.  http://www.lego.com/en-us/aboutus/news-room/2014/august/lego-house-foundation-stone-2014
