Am I going to be able to take Danny McBride seriously?

Since they are doing all this cool CG stuff now. I'd like them to bring back an Ash model humanoid at some point during this rebooted series.

I just watched the pilot episode of Oasis on Amzn Prime (it is pilot season yet again ).  Very interesting premise.  I hope this one gets picked up

I missed the premiere of Samurai Jack's return but caught a repeat playing the other day. Strange to say it feels "exactly the same" as a compliment. Perhaps 'cleaner' looking at a better resolution than the original series running from all the way back in early 2000s but still the same everything. Next episode for this mini-series reboot is tomorrow; hopefully I will get a chance to catch this one.

The new "Spider-Man: Homecoming" trailer is amazing.

A rather nice and somewhat obscure short from 2012 for an animation festival set in feudal Japan about pirates, an old treasure map, and some samurai pig named Buta. It can get a little silly and a tiny bit of language in a few spots closer to the end but enjoyable running at less than half an hour.

Anybody watch Attack on Titan? I recommend. ?
