Brickfolio and Price Guide FAQs (Site Update)

Jeff is working on it along with many other things.  I think some folks need to remember, our owners & mods have lives outside of brickpicker. we have spouses, kids , regular jobs,  houses, etc...    this is also a free web site, so jeff and ed don't have hired workers "standing ready to go" to work on items when they can't.

That's why folks should use the brickfolio export feature often.  The good news is that no data is lost.  It's all there. Just give Jeff as much time as he needs.

am i really the first person to report that the lot price calculator isn't working? whenever i click on it i get logged out, when i log back in, i still can't access. nobody else having this problem??

I just tried it and it worked.  Maybe a browser issue?

have same issue on chrome and IE today

I've also noticed some sets that I bought several months ago still show as like 'large d2c set' but no name or picture.

Looks like April was the last update ... ?

I messaged admin in regards to an update about a week ago.... No response, values update is far behind with several newer sets not entered into database yet. I'm a bit concerned.

Tried to add Christmas Tree (40338) and Buildable brick (5006085) to my brickfolio and while everything seems to work (no errors given), the sets actually don't appear in my collection.

Anyone else having a problem adding sets. I keeping getting an error message when trying to add Disney train or Ninjago city.

I added ninjago city last week just fine.

Can you fix the 40338 Christmas Tree entry and 40337 Gingerbread mini house entry when you get a chance? I added them to my Brickfolio successfully, but it doesn't show up.

I'm also having trouble adding items to Brickfolio. Obvious sets that are in the system, won't add to the folio. I have to refresh every couple of entries, and even then it sometimes doesn't work. Very weird.
