A Report by and on the site "Brick Fanatics" Talks of launching failed Ideas sets through BrickLink or an ADP second wave. Sounds like a survey going. Didn't yet read too much into it. Sounds interesting to me for sure though.

The chatter has it will go for around RPP £599.99 or more... will depend on Billund's last-minute decision in relation to exchange rates/inflation and increased import costs to UK. Personally? Another unnecessary, out-of-touch, exaggerated set. Indulge yourself.

I finally found about five of these at Target and thought "Cool, I've been looking for these". It seems like a great deal of gaining 607 pieces for $30, doesn't it? ....That was until I took a good look at the list of what was included. Granted this is meant to be more of something you give to a child for free time creativity hence the name but honestly there doesn't seem to be a decent amount of each brick. Has anyone opened the large creative tower 10664 from Walmart yet? Are the pieces separated by color in each bag? Thanks!

Anyone know what the deal is with this set? My local Fred Meyer had tons of them over the summer, I just found a straggler the other day. Did they sell elsewhere in the US? Not even listed on LEGO Shop at Home in the US, only overseas. I'm not sure if average US buyer will even know they are available down the road. Selling for about double RRP on Amazon and only a few on eBay. I will admit to being completely biased toward loving random rare stuff like this.

10682 Creative Suitcase - been retired a while now, I believe. But has been available at Toys R Us... until now. Just went on sale at TRU last week at $39.98 (that's $35.98 if you could find it in-store on a Thursday). I was a hater on this set then... but now... seems to have disappeared from TRU website... not available from TRU on eBay. Totally gone now? Current prices about $69 on Amazon. Maybe time to pick up any left found in stores at a discount? Not as widely hoarded as 10664, or 10697... has plenty of competition from other classic brick boxes, but so do 6177 and 10662 , and just look at the prices on those (2.5 and 2.3 x MSRP). Thought it might be a good idea to create a thread for this set, seeing as it is a Walmart Exclusive in the US and a SAH/store exclusive in many European countries. Why is the general view that this one won´t do as well as previous big box classic Lego sets? Are the parts chosen not as good? Is there a new Classic line for 2017 and will there be a replacement set for the XXXL box?

Just found on top of closet, brand new Lego set 1845 Jackpot 20th Anniversary (1993) over 700 pieces. Is anyone interested in this, should I try to sell it or should I just give it to the grandkids?

I have a bunch of 25th anniversary 1201 piece tubs (3026) . I picked them up way back when on clearance at the local big box. They are sitting in my attic now, but was wondering if they actually had any value. They are unopened (still strapped), but the cover and side stickers aren't perfect. If they had any value, I figured I would try to sell a couple, otherwise I will dump them all into my "big box O lego" and start a new build. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks. Paul.
