If we speak RRP, it's the RETAIL PRICE that the manufacturer RECOMMENDS for selling to the end buyer.

And that price is 200£.

Your attitude here in the forum is hostile. If you dont want to give advice thats totally okay, but making fun of someone is just dumb and has no benefit whatsoever.

Image result for trump wrong gif

RRP = Regular Retail Price, which is the typical shelf price used by a specific retailer

MSRP = Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price, which is what you refer to.

You can tell it´s been a quiet retirements season.

MSRP = Make sets retire please

RRP = Retire, Remake, Police Station

? so true, what will new Police station have.....a new helicopter?

On a. retiring soon note, SaH Uk have added a few more RS tags (27 now) mainly LM2 sets, no real surprises. Very drip, drip tagging this year.

WHY DID YOU FEEL THE NEED TO SHOUT ABOUT THIS?  IS IT REALLY THAT IMPORTANT?

It wasn't shouting, I just highlighted the words with capital letters.

But I guess your right ;)

149.99£ from Smyths Toys is the RRP.

I hope everyone is happy now.

Actually, RRP literally means Regular Retail price. So if we are talking about a set that gets discounted everywhere by 20% pretty much as soon as it is released then the 20% off price would be the RRP. It seems that you are thinking of MSRP, which would be the manufacturer's recommended price.

For instance, the pirate coaster... MSRP is $89.99, but I for one have never seen it listed anywhere at that price other than SaH. Normal in store price is $72. So $72 would be the RRP.

First off all, incorrect.

Second: How is that comparable? There are multiple retailers with different prices, impossible to compare anything!

I can admit when I am wrong... I always thought RRP was regular retail price. Learn something new everyday.

This is definitely the dumbest fight in quite a while. I wonder how awesome it must feel to be able to proudly state that you schooled everyone on the definition of RRP.

I couldn't agree more. Let's discuss a much more pressing matter...whether or not to use rewards points during double VIP. It's been awhile since we've debated that.
