Apparently not available w/ normal Prime now either (cheapest US price @ Amazon is currently $367.95 - well over the $319 RRP).

Note: Still available at Target / Walmart @ RRP in US.

Guys, I would like to have your opinions, do you think a $200 AUD for a used SOH would be worth it (no box or user manuals)? Many thank's in advance.

It's a pretty good deal if you want to built it yourself and you can get the instructions here: http://lego.brickinstructions.com/lego_instructions/set/10234/Sydney_Opera_House_(TM)

The cheapest om Bricklink would be around 280 AUD.

Not bad. Box is neither here nor ther but no manuals is a kicker .

If you do buy it, I recommend going on bricklink now and buying the manuals before it retires and they go up in price. Having the manuals greatly increase it's selling on potential, as they can get quite pricey once a set has been retired for a year or two.

Nowhere really.  Too late for that.  Try Target.
