SSD retails $499.99, sale = $469.97 Death Star retails $499.99, sale = $469.97 R2D2 retails $229.99, sale = $202.37 Nothing too special as I was hoping for actual 20% off...but if you really wanted one (without buying/going to the US), this is the cheapest I've seen in a while for these larger sets. Saving around $30. I would have jumped on the DS if it was $399 (normal US retail). I didn't buy any myself/holding out for better deals but might pick up some ATRT $19.99 and Droid Escape $20.97.

On indigo.ca, you can use the code 25OFFONEBTS to get a 25% discount on nearly anything (including Lego) online. If you want to buy a book, to get a discount you have to buy instore, but a Lego set can be bought online with the code for 25% off. You have until August 18th to cash in on this deal. Just a heads up for those that don't check flyers - TRU in Canada looks like they'll have a decent promo on Friday and Saturday. Airmiles promo (over $75) plus $20 off giftcard for future purchase (over $80) PLUS the Lego Movie DVD (over $75 spent) PLUS select sets 25% off. I plan to go at store opening tomorrow, as I'm sure if there are decent sets at 25% off they'll go quickly. The sets are City/Superheroes/SW. I logged on to the master minds website today and saw from Oct 17-19 when you pay $25 and over you will get a free mini figure and chance to win some lego sets. Might not be a bad idea to check out since they also carry the exclusives and hard to find sets.

Was at Costco on the weekend and they had a bunch of Star Wars, City and Friends sets on for about 20-25% off MSRP, including the Dolphin Cruiser, a Friends ranch, the Jedi Scout fighter, and the AT-AP walker. Didn't bite but thought that wasn't too bad.

The selection is very limited, but Sears has some sets on sale (10%-20%), and this $50 off $200 code works just fine on them: 941612031. So the total discount can reach 40% on a few sets. The code expires on November 12th.

I see someone - probably one of you brickpickers! - scooped up the Dirt Bike Transporters earlier today. I saw it for a second at work but was busy and now they are sold out. That being said, most of the sets that are currently 20% off qualify for another 20% off with the code on their homepage. The Rancor at $48 is pretty solid (for Canada, not like the Amazon.com BF sale) and a couple other sets are worth a gander. Just saw Target Canada tweet a coupon for %10 off on October 25th/26th. Looks like it's off entire purchase and not just 1 item. I saw the thread for Chapters/Indigo discount codes but Sears.ca has basically the same thing until Aug 14. Code #941612810- $20 off at least $100 purchase (potentially 20% off) Code #941612811- $50 off at least $200 purchase (potentially 25% off) So depending how much you spending between Sears and Chapters you might wnat to compare what deal would work out best for you.
