Heads up! There is a new sidekick coming out to some stores featuring exclusive polybags. The sidekick is not supposed to go out for another 6 weeks but in case your store puts it out sooner here's what it looks like. At the top are 30400 and 30401 in case the glare makes it hard to read.

Cleared their entire clearance wall... Kids were eying my cart like as if I was the LEGO Santa Claus. You guys should check your Walmarts if maybe you can get the same deals. Now, I can easily triple/quadruple my money, but should I wait until they go EOL? How many years have they been out?

I have daisy chained this deal to get about dozen of the Lego 9488. It's out of stock now however. Paid $10.30 for the first one, and only $5.30 for each one after that. Seems that this one is out of stock online, but there are a few others left available. Nothing I was really interested in however.

Just letting you know that you can get Lukes Landspeeder at Walmart for retail $24.95. I don't think you can find this in retail all that much anymore, so if you don't have one, here is a chance to pick up one. Its a great set at that price with all those minifigs. My local walmart has both of these sets on sale for 17.00. I have yet to see Superman vs. Lex Power Armor set for less than $18 (and never on clearance yet). Black Zero Escape is still a new set and I'm sure that the 17.00 price is the lowest its been as of yet. I'll check some of the other local walmarts soon and see id this an isolated thing or nationwide.

So I hit 7 walmarts over the last few days...my normal hunting route. Most have been reset. ALL have doubled their lego shelving space...which is great news...lego is growing in popularity! One odd thing...none of these have EVER stocked lone ranger.....only target, lego, and disney stocked it around here....until now. I have Wal-Mart and Target discount envy reading some posts on here. I have 4 Targets within a 5 mile radius of me and 1 Wal-Mart and never see any deals. I see a red tag every once in a while for a small City set or something like that but never much more than that. I still do enjoy the hunt though.

I live in a very rural area in Mississippi. I have one Wal-Mart that has 1/2 isle of Lego shelved. I pick it over regularly looking for deals but usually have very little luck at all. Well, recently, I was digging through the messed up shelves and found one Hulk's Helicopter Breakout 6868 with a clearance sticker. (Now you have to remember that my Wal-Mart does not have a clearance section for Toys. They have a rather small toy dept. ). Well, the sticker said $35.00 marked down from $49.97 but was ringing up regular price. So I had the manager double check and he said they had to sell it to me for this price. Hi guys, I noticed a few of my local Walmart stores showed online availability for some high demand Lego items (i.e. 9574-1), but when I visited the store they had none on the shelves...They were in store lay-away! Walmart starts their Christmas Layaway on 9/14 this year and all items must be paid for by 12/14...I would bet you'll see some high demand items going back on the shelves by tomorrow morning

Along with two of Olivia's Desk tucked away, I found a number of stock for Ice Cream Stand (30106) and Summer Picnic (30108), both of which were previously only available at Target for a short (and seasonal) timeframe. I found all three actually there with all the other Friends sets in 'the pink aisle'. If not there, then perhaps the clearance aisle or checkouts. It varies from store to store.
