I have to get this off my chest. I have made 2 purchases over the last 2 weeks and have not received any reward points. TRU is also running a promotion where you get 10% back and double reward points if you use the TRU credit card. I called them 6 days ago to report the issue. Of course the person I talked to couldn't do anything and forwarded everything to corporate. She told me to wait 5 days. 5 days have passed and in the meantime, I place another order. Is there anyway to use the rewards points online in conjunction with another tru sale? I cannot get both to stack. I was thinking of calling an order in to see if I can get the current promotion and some rewards points to work. Anybody try this?

I am new on this site and to Lego investing. I have recently been buying multiple clearance sets from TRU online and in store. The majority of my orders were cancelled online as a guy phoned me up and explained that they don't let you buy items to sell on. I explained that I was building an army with the figures, but they all got cancelled other than 1. They are also very inquisitive when I buy in store, so am worked they are going to tell me I can't buy any more. How has anyone got around this problem?

I have a very strong feeling the answer to my question is no but I will ask anyway. I noticed that TRU has a special this week if you spend $75 you get $15 off. I assume they won't let me use my 20% off coupon I have on top of that offer so I wont even try. However will they price match their website and then still let me have the $15 off $75 offer? Does anyone know? I want to get 2X The Dynamic Duo Funhouse Escape (6857). Online they are $39.99 but in store they are $54.99. Thought some of you might be interested in the polybags. just bought four of them. i found them by accident it seems. i was taken there after i clicked on a toys r us link and placed the order but when i went back and tried searching the website for them i couldnt find them for sale anywhere. Let me know if anyone finds out what section they are listed in.

Not sure if it's been mentioned before, but I just got my TRU bill, and it says there will be 10% off in store on Saturdays when using the TRU CC, from November 7th to December 19 (similar to last year).

I've gotten the blue and green sets so far. Error on getting the yellow, as I had purchased my order online and it included the set, then when I got my confirmation, it was gone. I complained but TRU's customer service didn't help. Anyone else been picking these up? It's been somewhat difficult to be sneaky under TRU's jacked up prices, but i've been able to pick up sets i've liked for LEGO retail just above the $60 threshold.

I don't know if somebody has already posted it or if anybody care but most lego sets online at TRU are on sale and you can also get an extra 15% off your order with the promo code. "Save15". I'm fairly new to this site and figured I would let you know. Sorry if this is already been mentioned.

I was at Toys R Us this morning and noticed the 70010: The Lion CHI Temple is now actually priced $99.99 on the shelves. After coming home, I also noticed it was $99.99 on the website. I know most of us are avoiding Chima stuff, but this might actually be a good deal if they run a 20% coupon promo or a BOGO 50% off sale.

I just received an email from TRU about price matching. Apparently they will match in store purchase prices with a valid competitors advertisement including their web pricing (except for online only purchases). This probably won't combine with their sales, but it might help people that are looking for sets they can't find in stock other stores.

Picked up a few of the 60098 Heavy Haul Train sets during the 20offlego sale last Friday. Sadly, one of them arrived with tape sealing one end, so I weighed it against the others and noticed it was a little heavy. Luckily, when I opened it up, there was still a complete train set inside... Decided to build it instead of hold it. Not sure someone else would be as thrilled with a blue heavy hauler.

Brickset has posted a little review for this store exclusive polybag. Umm, I don't know about you but this is kind of creepy looking.

I'm out of town on business, and the local ToysRus has a ton of great sets....Helms Deep, 4 Vampyre Castles, numerous retired sets. But, they are all so far over retail. I've never seen anything like it. HD is $149.99. Vampyre Castle is $119. Hoth Echo Base is $119. Lone Ranger Train is $109. Uruk-Hai Army is $49 I realize why this store has just about everything still on the shelf. Just trying to figure out how to get them for less.

I got a haunted house with an order for some other stuff as they gave me a discount. I got it and the box has a giant crease through it. I would definitely rather have a mint set. Anyone ever had to deal with them before?
