Is there one or several recommended suppliers on Amazon that anyone recommends to keep your Lego supply pure? Or perhaps to stay away from? I am looking to keep my Logos as true as possible and was reading up earlier on how to identify the fake from the real.

Hey, I am clearing out a bunch of my old sets. I have been working for the past month to find all the pieces to each of them so I can sell them as full sets. Seeing as they are mostly good condition used sets that still have instructions, what time of the year would be the best time to sell? Thanks for any help! Thanks, camharvey

I'm sure there's already an answer, but I don't know where to look. I have decided to Frankenstein my very own Green Grocer 10185. I am curious to know if there is a way to cross reference the inventory of a specific set vs. the pieces on my wish list. For example, I have a 10197 Creative Tower. I would like to use a function to find which pieces I should pull out to put towards my project. Is there a mechanism for this already? Via Bricklink or elsewhere? Please advise. Thanks!

Hello, I am looking to sell a MISB 60 years anniversary set(the SAH promo in January), and I wondered what was the cheapest(while still safe) way to ship the set. I didn't know whether the flat rate USPS boxes were the way to go, or if UPS could be better. Also, I was planning on putting it up for sale once Christmas gets a little closer. That isn't too early to sell is it? Also, Ebay or Bricklink? I have bought from Bricklink before and like it, but I don't know which is preferable. In short, I am new to the game and trying to figure out where to start.

I know nothing of Bionicle, but I'm fairly certain this is a really nice flip at the low asking price. No instructions or set #'s available, and I've only identified 2 of them. Any help would be appreciated - if interested in the lot for yourself, feel free to PM me and maybe we can both make a score...

Hey folks! Not sure where else to post this question, so figured this was as safe a spot as any. I recently scored what I think it a Black Seas Barracuda that was an unadvertised "hidden treasure" in a CL lot I scored. Now, even though it doesn't have the sails, I'm fairly certain it's a Barracuda due to the huge brown hull, yellow "trim" pieces, 4 cannons, and red cannon doors. Now, here's what I need help with - I'm not sure which version of it I have. The original version (6285) or the re-issued version (10040). Is there an easy way to find out which it is?

So I picked up a New Wotto's Junkyard in an auction on eBay a while back, planning on re-selling it for a profit. I am taking pictures of the box and I hear loose parts rolling around now... I know it's not a good sign but I am guessing I have to open it now to check it. I can't rightfully re-sell it without knowing it's complete can I. I'm thinking about if someone opens it and claims it's missing things I'd have no way to prove otherwise. There's definitely bags in there but I think one of them may have come apart. What would you do?

I have been buying sets for years that had destroyed boxes, and or no boxes (from lost and damaged shipment auctions) for years. Initially I didnt think much about the boxes (except those I paid retail for). Now I have big boxes (20x20x20), and tubs (30gal) full of sealed bags, that are sort of sorted like "City" or Start wars, or Lego movie, etc. I do have sets that are pristine that are sealed and stored in plastic tubs that are in my "collecting" group. In any case what would be your next step? Just sort them? Keep them in their bags. For example I have 6 30gal tabs, and about 5 20x20x20 boxes just labeled "City". Mix of sealed bags from everything from…

Hi guys, thanks for taking a second to read this. Short and to the point, any advice you can give for someone looking to buy from Brick Classifieds. There have been a few times that I wanted to pull the trigger on things... almost bought a Taj Mahal for cheap and later realized it was fraud. After noticing that, I almost completely ignore good deals I see on there... but damn, there have been some deals I've wanted to take advantage of! Any advice or wisdom... is there a lot of fraud on there? I hate the internet!

My Brickfolio is in dollars. It's telling me it's set to GBP which is what I want it set at, but it's showing in dollars. I'm inputting prices in GBP and it's giving me value in dollars thus rendering it useless. Anyone know what to do?

Has anyone had issues with the Brick Picker app not providing push notifications? Now that we have all of the Christmas sales, I really hope this gets turned back on, unless it's an issue with my account. It simply stopped working one day. No trouble shooting has helped.

I'm looking for guidance / lessons learned on building a vertical lift roller coaster like Mark & Boone did on Lego Masters. Mark does mention it "waits three seconds and then..." so I assume some logic has to be in there? I don't have Mindstorms or PoweredUp right now, but do have Power Functions and Qty 132 of the technic chain link... would Mindstorms or PoweredUp be required to accomplish the vertical lift? If so, that might answer most of my questions. If anyone has attempted this type of project and has any lessons learned I'd appreciate it!

Are all the Lego Buildings like the 10243 Parisian Restaurant, Pet shop, 10246 Detective’s Office and others the same depth? I am thinking displaying them on a shelf, but not sure how deep the shelf would have to be. Any one have any suggestions? Thank you.

I just built the 6860 batcave and I'm thinking I want to extend it and also build a Wayne manor above it. Anyone ever try this, have instructions for it, or have any suggestions for it?

Hello, I have started running a Bricklink store over the past few months and I am growing well and making very good sales but I need some advice on how I can accurately figure profits. I keep great books and have all my costs/sales kept track of but when I am parting out there is no way to figure just one set when I sell individual parts. So as I sell, I am continually buying new sets with the money that comes out so essentially no matter how much I sell it appears as though I am losing money when truly I am just growing. Any advice on how I could actually figure a true profit amount would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm trying to replicate this MOC I saw on Instagram and I'm not sure what some of the parts are called. So I was wondering if you kind folks here could help me out?? I asked my GF for christmas if she could make me a set like this, but she didn't have much luck, she even contacted the person( He was actually rude about it to her from what she tells me) that built this set. I'm a Welding Teacher, I teach HS students during the day and College students at night, so this MOC is really right up my alley.. I'm using the Raptor truck ( It looks like my real truck) from the speed series LEGO I'm not sure what bricks were used to light up the set and make the weld…

Hi everybody, Happy new year! I am new at the forum because I am looking for feedback on a idea that I have. I am working on a lego rental service for my hometown (Amsterdam). The legosets for rental that I am thinking about are the more special sets (16+ series) to attract a older target audience. I now have for rental set 10220, 10221 and 10234. My guess is that people like to rent a set so that they can build without the cost and without having to deal with the lego after they are done with it. I found out that there are many services like this (in the states) and I am curious on your point of view on this services and if you can give me feedback …

Hi, I am a mom of little boy. My little boy start showing interest in playing lego and it's great. I am new to Lego, but I am amazed of this incredible toys since I visited Legoland with my family a couple weeks ago. And now for myself, I am looking for some collectible items such as lego sets and minifigures.....I personally really like the Ninjago theme, can you share with me if Ninjago will be a good collectible item? Will the value go up in the future for Ninjago? And as far as minifigures, will it be wise to invest in the lego dimension instead of the traditional minifugures? Please advise...Greatly appreciated! Lily
