I also have offers turned off and still receive offer messages. Typically I block them as fast as I can. Someone who wants to negotiate an already fair price is far more likely to be a difficult buyer after the sale in my experience, so I avoid them altogether.3 points

Here's something to get us back on track....I know they're just minifigures but don't look too bad if i say so myself Marvel: 71050 Spider-man Across the Spider-verse Collectible Minifigures (via unibricks)3 points

Depends how motivated you are to sell the item.2 points

I just ignore and move on. The slightly more annoying ones are the ones who act like they are going to buy multiple quantities, but ending up just trying to get discount on 1.2 points

actually in your hands in 2 years... but love the Train...like the balloon...School and castle are nice but will be too expensive IMO2 points

I can’t see paying $400 for University of science with all of those generic minifigures and yet another $400 Castle.2 points

My advice is to go kick a rock and take your frustration on it then get back at jt . One buyer shouldn’t ruin 20 years of a business. i deal with that stuff every week on amazon. Water off a ducks’s back at this point2 points

This is a pretty good year for Clone era Prequel sets, IMO. Best since 2013. I'm definitely looking forward to the Clone Turbo Tank and this time will add it to our collection. The last one from 2016, I ended up buying 6 of them on clearance at Walmart when it was going out to retirement, and they all skyrocketed in value rather quicly. Over the year, I've sold all of them, but still have the minis from one of those sets. The minifigures from that set are all pricey. I suspect this juggernaut will be similar, since it contains Bacara, and 3 Galactic Marines. I hope they do at least one battle pack next year with the galactic marines, so you can fill the tank with them. I also think this Juggernaut will be better than the previous one... so win win. They also did the Arc-170 this year, which I really like a lot. That set was great, and I think will be a good investment set before it retires. And they have the 327th battle pack coming out too, along with a Bly in an MTT. Overall, good year for Prequel & clone wars era sets. In my opinion the republic army, and seperatist army sets are some of the most fun to put together. And the minis are really fun to collect too.2 points

I would love to see AC/DC one more time. I last saw them at the Monsters Of Rock 5, 1984, Castle Donington, UK. That's been so long ago that Van Halen was one of the opening bands and still had David Lee Roth with them. But I have trouble coming off the coin. I did spend a few $$ to see Blue Oyster Cult last week. I also wished that I could see The Who's final tour but again....coinage. How was Billy Idol?2 points

1000% agree. In fact I go way farther. Almost anyone that asks too many questions especially if the listing is clear, is already flagged by me as a potential problematic customer and sometimes I just block them for that. eBay is great in allowing us to do that. I wish amazon had such an option as well.1 point

All that they want to do is refund and will charge me a 15% restock fee if they do not deem that the product is damaged. In short, they control all the cards. I have a couple already in perfect condition so I will probably use one of these to build and might possibly part the other one out in my BL store.1 point

A train, a castle, and a pirates-ish set. I'm shocked. I'd like to like the University set, but I agree that it reads as just a bit generic all around. As others have said, happy to keep the cash. Between the T-Rex skeleton, Krusty Burger, Neuschwanstein Castle, Arkham Asylum, Death Star and the Enterprise-D, this is already a more expensive year for me than usual.1 point

I asked Ebay to step in before the return as I knew this was a scam and wanted them to be aware of the situation.I had contacted the buyer several times without a reply.Ebay just refund the money aw soon as it showed delivery back to me.I was not able to give them evidence of what was delivered. What was bought and what was delivered are shown in the above post.My last email from Ebay ,there will be a withdrawn from your account for the remains funds.1 point

No, but I do believe that the additional 20% off was for Prime members only. RMN gave me 5% CB on the higher Woot price not the discounted Amazon price.1 point

They are simply charming. While my time as a child was around Futuron, I do feel a sense of adjacent nostalgia for the classic Space astronaut. The minimalism in twos between the colors (head & everything else) and prints (a face & torso insignia) harkens back to the bare bones optimistic creativity the LEGO product has established itself to be. The included townsperson from LEGO Minifigure: Year By Year book printed years ago is similarly simple yet is one of my favorite minifigures for that. In a deluge of intricate designs & advanced printing, the "printless ones" standout. Also, space rules.1 point

Wow, that is insane. I literally just went straight to WallyWorld and bought the original set (it's somehow still on clearance there for $200) just so that I can build this MOC instead!! Thanks for posting!!!1 point
