Hello LEGO fans...Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. It's that time of year again. Time to raise money for my son Max's school, St. Paul School, in Burlington, NJ. After a very...VERY...successful first BRICKPICKER LEGO RAFFLE in which we raised over $62,000.00 for the school, a year has passed, and it’s time to raffle off some dynamic LEGO gifts for charity. The money we raised last year literally kept the school open...which is a great thing. It's a special school that once again was voted BEST Private School in Burlington County, NJ, by The Burlington County Times, along with numerous other awards, such as: CLICK HERE TO GO TO THE 2017 BRICKPICKER LEGO RAFFLE FOR ST. Best Private School Best PreK-Nursery School Best Teacher Best Fundraiser Best Music Instruction Best Tutor Service (Junior National Honor Society) As I stated last year, St.Paul School (SPS) and its community are wonderful. People from all races and religions attend St. Paul School. Besides excelling in educating the children, the school does a tremendous amount of charity for local people in need. From food drives to helping out at local retirement homes, the children of St.Paul School are required to perform “service hours” that are designed to teach generosity, altruism and instill a hard-working, disciplined attitude. Excellence is expected and permeates through St. Paul School and the faculty and student body, so does a sense of goodness and frugalness. We make a little money go a long way. For example: All grade levels (Pre – K through 4) are scheduled for “Specials” each week...such as art, music, library, computers, and physical education St.Paul School is nationally accredited by “AdvancED” (the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement – NCA – CASI. I believe they're individually numbered to 99 sets worldwide. I'm lining up now. Bad news is not every LEGO store will even receive one and you won't know until the store opens on January 1 so I might be wasting the next week and a half for nothing. Please note: The above is inaccurate as the set is not numbered or known to be limited in any way.

You guys make me laugh. At this point, I love standing there smooshing. It's fun. You meet some interesting people. A grandma (woman in her late 60s) and her 5 year old grandson were smooshing Series 16. She was an expert, telling me what to look for on Series 16. In all seriousness, this series is really easy to smoosh, even without the magic basket. There are some easily recognizable parts that you can figure out quickly. Sometimes, they're unique. Other times, they're unique to just one or to figs (like the 2x2 tile), but then there are unique pieces to help figure it out. I can share my feel guide, if you guys want.

Run the Inventory Adjustments report under Reports => Fulfillment. In the "Inventory" section, click on "Show more" and you will see "Inventory Adjustments" It will show inventory that Amazon has misplaced, damaged and found. This is for inventory after it is officially received. If you are missing stuff from being received (sent in 30, they say 29), you will have to do the Inventory Reconciliation. Amazon will automatically reimburse for Warehouse damaged inventory. You will eventually get a "FBA Reimbursement Notification" email. They say 10 days after it happened but it's obviously busy now. I'm still waiting for reimbursement for some damaged stuff from Nov 23rd. You may have to remind them about it if it's taking a very long time. In the past Amazon has lost stuff and didn't know about it. Before the "Inventory Adjustment" report was created, the only way to know was to run the daily inventory reports and manually reconcile with what you shipped in and sold. Complete PITA obviously.
