Managed to get a creative tower on the way home from Thanksgiving dinner and in the strangest of ways. Checked in the toy section and the towers were all gone. Took my kids to the electronics section (or is that now the entertainment section now?) and a woman had one there at a scanner. After asking where she found it, she said she did not want it and gave it to me. Karma maybe for not taking sets from little Timmy this past summer!

Apparently I'm getting another Pet Shop (*cough* snow globe) because LEGO Shop at Home has nothing worth a damn. Really. What a let down.

When the doors at my local mall opened, 1000+ people were blitzing in and sprinting. Hordes of teenagers. Majority of them seemed to make a break for a massive line outside "lululemon" - which, to the best I could tell, neither sells LEGO nor had a minifig promo. LEGO b&m oddly empty, more staff than customers...

Game stop was hilarious. Had a much longer line then I expected. About 20 people. The doors opened and it was very orderly. They once the three $100 3DS systems were gone the rest of the line walked out. I went up with my lone Dimensions set and they guy threw in a handful of the Green Arrows. Said there will be plenty left and to come back later and he will give me the leftovers.

Thanks! I did manage to get some of the walmart lego boxes. In fact the entire pallet was untouched for several hours. I grabbed 16 legos and a dupalo (1 lego and the dupalo for myself and daughter). I left the remaining 2/3 pallet for others.

Last year that meant that they were accessible for 1 minute, then the servers crashed, and everything was back up and running at 00:45am EST. This year likely not so much ....
