I tried messaging them to settle, they never responded. I opened a case, they never responded. Anyway, they refunded me in full, including the shipping cost. I would have been satisfied with a partial refund, but they were nice about refunding me in full without me asking and told me to keep them.

Personally, I wanted to buy the Maze but it wasn't high on my priority list as I wrongly assumed it would have a much longer shelf life. Also, I was hoping it would become available outside of LEGO Shop at Home to get it at a decent discount. Maybe others had similar thoughts.
