Just finished my UCS Falcon.. took much longer than expected (mainly just to sort and FIND the pieces needed for each step) but worth it. It's bigger even than anticipated but also "loose" in areas. Having built nearly every other large Star Wars ship, the top panels don't secure the way I expected. Either way, it's an icon for a reason.

Built the new Beetle: build was fun and very straight forward (I think the F40 had more interesting building techniques tho) and I think the color looks great. Surfboard was a nice touch as well especially being a California surfer myself couldn't be happier with the license plate selection. Here is photo with camper van for size comparison as well.

Alright, this thread has motivated me to finally change my avatar. Indiana Jones is out and makes way for the 1981 classic Time Bandits. Just one of my favorite films and favorite pictures of all time.

I had an NES after the Atari 4800 and my favorite series was Mega Man between the design, challenge, and soundtracks. Plus I love pixel art making myself and seeing what others create alike. I am so an 80's kid. Haha.

My 3 MM's from Jet arrived today. Man that was fast. 2 are minty perfect and 1 has a small box crease but still pretty good for being shipped 3 in one box with no padding.

Finished up Jabba's Palace 9516 with the kids. Fun, quick build and we like the minifigs. Maybe we will have to go ahead and build the Rancor Pit next instead of the Death Star.

Well...I finally found all the pieces...a couple off color but still looks amazing I think. It took my son and I 7 hours with 3 slight rebuilds until we got the balance right. Yes, it is tricky getting it to stand! Let me know what you all think. #legodad

arm shelf swiped some Little Mermaid Arielle undersea palaces at a target that the brickpicker stock tracker correctly identified in both price and number. couldn't say no to 6 of these at the price of $21.98 - red card 5% = 20.88 - 73% off the bloated 54.99 msrp. also snagged some shadow trooper battlepacks for $8.63 each. this store also had some super hero markdowns quinjet set for $58 and scooby doo lighthouse at 34.98 which i passed on. no JW clearance at any of the 2 dozen stores within my tracker zone.
