And everyone knows there is always an Ecto 1 parked at the fairgrounds, so having either one of these sets drives demand for Slimer and company. When you call eBay customer service, complain (constructively) about the automatic defect registering when a buyer chooses "I haven't received my item" to send you a message about shipping delays or just plain impatience. The handful of reps I have discussed it with agree to varying degrees that it doesn't make sense, and always promise to forward it up the chain. And please someone please explain to me the morons that see a car parked on the side of the road and feel the need to swerve over into the oncoming lanes to avoid it. There is enough room for you to stay in your lane and get around the parked car. The roads were designed for such stupid. And what kind of logic is it that would risk a head on collision to avoid a mirror sideswipe? Or turning. I'm actually super excited about this set. I just seriously don't understand people's negativity towards it. It's freaking deja vu like the Helicarrier. People did so much bitching and complaining about it, but look at it, it's selling like hot cakes. I've seen people complain about the build and that it looks boring. What would you exactly expect with 2 panels attached to a ball? It's like the TB. It's a simple build with 2 identical towers. But the finished product is absolutely amazing. It's also funny with people talking about the size. If they made it a $100 set with half the pieces, I wouldn't be surprised to see the same people complain that it was too small and for a UCS set, Lego would need to make it bigger. Luckily, it's just a very vocal minority that make it apparent online. This will be a day one purchase for me. I love everything Star Wars, and it'll be nice to have a Tie Fighter sitting next to the X-Wing on display along with all my other UCS sets. /2centcomment

Honestly the Egyptian Pyramids, Mayan Temples, or Incan city of Machu Picchu would make for a more diverse building experience. Besides if I'm going to build a wall, it will be Pink Floyd's.

Depends on the timeline, really, as I have a busy few weeks coming up in March. I do have a LOT of the sets you are wanting (not so much star wars, but modulars, architecture, maersk train, cuusoo (minus the sub), all the winter sets, etc.Not a ton are built, but I can do boxes no problem!

well, I gotta admit, I really had fun building 9493. Im not usually a builder but every build I do Im just fascinated at the engineering of these sets ... truly amazing work! 2 hours and 15 minutes for me on this build ... I want more!!!

My question to you BPers is: How do you store these sets? In original boxes? In other boxes? Ziploc bags? I also want to keep the original boxes and I'm not sure what to do with them.

I strongly recommend standard 5x5 categories. Anything else risks unbalancing the league. I've done 4-5 leagues a year for about 15 years with various rules. The further from 5x5 the more the league devolves or someone figures out a trick and dominates while others quit. All sites and rankings and info out there is for 5x5. Tout wars LABR etc... All 5x5 for a reason. Or close to it. Putting holds in makes closers less valuable and skews pricing on relievers. It's workable but everyone better be prepared to make their own rankings or they will be at a disadvantage. I'd also recommend roto over head-to-head. Id prefer the best team win and not just whoever had one good week at the end of the year. I'll play any way but I'll be the guy taking advantage of any rule changes.

Would also like to see the minimum innings pitched per week set to something higher, like at least 28/30. This is to basically force people to actually have pitchers pitch. I've been in leagues where people would have a pitching staff of just a couple of aces and closers who pitch like 10 innings total and they then automatically win the quality stats (ERA, WHIP) and Saves for the week and are already half way to winning the week. Then they load the rest of the roster with batters and try to overpower the batting/counting stats giving up average for numbers. It's tough balancing between counting stats and quality stats.

And one big mistake - white King on white field at the beginning and vice versa... (Beside this mistake this set is really crap comparing to the old Pirate chess set...) Further negative - as the fields have a stud in the middle a minifig can never stay exactly in the middle of the field but slihtly on the left or right... I would fire the designer... ;-)
