  1. Truly a great build. The dragon is like no other. Smug really towers over the whole set perfectly. I know you won't get as much joy out of watching the build as you would actually building the set, but hopefully it will provide of glimpse. Enjoy.

  4. I have five and i am still keeping them. This is criminally underrated set, similar to the Imperial Shuttle which is absolutely stunning yet people pay more money for quite mediocre sets... Go figure. I am hoping the b wings come into play long term...

  8. Nice job as always. Looks like a good play set for kids. Like how you did fancy special effects to show the two sided mini fig faces.

  9. I sell a lot of box damage and it goes for roughly the same. Nothing to worry about especially with 20% off. I would take box damage AA at 130 any time.

  13. It wouldn't take much to Bricklink these, so I think above $25 is a stretch. You may want to sell while you can now, if you have multiples.

  17. As a poor indian boy from an immigrant family I used to work for minimal wage as a waiter and managed to put 500$ aside. One night I had the idea to start investing into LEGO products so I took all of my savings and bought some used chunks on ebay, cleaned and sorted the pieces just to resell them piece for piece and made some decent money that way. After a while I could quit my waiter job and even had to employ other people because the selling went on and on and on... Today I have 15 employees and we make about 1 million $ each year with only selling bricks. And I invest happily ever after... (There's your success "story" ^.^ ) But seriously, I've read about somebody who started out with 1000

  20. after resisting chima, galaxy squad clearance, i became an accidental hobbit investor after picking up all the sets they had at 63% off msrp. i'm still not sure it was smartest spending but i'm only out $300 and could sell the minifigures to recoup the costs and have lots of new bricks to part out or build itchy's fun dungeon.

  21. Anyone who ever read peanuts has heard of the Camel. I used to love the adventures of Snoopy and his faithful camel. Then after he was done it was off to quarf root beers. This plane represents a golden age of pioneer aviation and true dogfights. As awesome as modern fighters are...BVR is boring with most fights being done before visuals are even established between the aircraft. These aircraft are gritty and course. The sheer terror of an open cockpit cloth covered warplane in the middle of a furball with only the pilots skill and metal to carry him through must have been something to see. Nowdays its just fight's on....fox 2....splash....knock it off.

  22. So the eBay global shipping program has been great for me, it has helped me expand greatly. A recent issue I never ran into before is lately, items I have been signing up for the GSP aren't actually available to ship anywhere other than the US. I click on the edit button to see that it is registered for the GSP. Anyone ever encounter this? Anything like this? Any advice?

  23. You know that saying... You don't mix business with pleasure. I think most things that I buy to resell are dumb. I'm also not a lego builder. I've built one set in my entire lifetime. I don't let my personal opinions come between me and buying what others like and what will make me Money.
