Don't hate, I got me my first 10228! Yay! Got one of the last two at the Lego store in Danbury Fair Mall in Danbury, CT. Two very funny things at checkout. 1. Women DO love the Haunted House. As I was checking out, the lady in front of me who just made a purchase (Don't know what she bought; I was way to busy staring at Vampyre's Bride's' bouncy...hair...and the rest of the set!). Anyway, the lady looked at the set and said "Wow! That's an awesome looking set!" 2. As I was about to claim my free Balloon Cart, Nina's '99 Luft Balons' was playing in the store! The original and better German version, no less!!! Lol. Can you tell how excited I am, boils and ghouls!!!! Lol

Not if it leads to another kid....a HH might actually prevent that.

This is the very first haunted house in Lego history according to the original description. I plan on buying both today at that store. I will keep one and probably convert the other to a bed and breakfast to go with my modular town. It has the look of an old Victorian house which I love. It can also easily convert to the Psycho house as well lol

I'm thinking about modifying the Funhouse Escape set to be an actual non-batman themed funhouse and roller coaster to go with the mixer set. Just need to get a hold of some more of those track pieces.

My only complaint is that the Mini logo seems to be a sticker again... The only thing making this set not perfect. It is not a hidden cockpit or flavor image, it is important. Seriously. LEGO. Stop. Just stop. Edit: Oh i just saw the video. The sticker is more annoying than I thought. I love to see how he is skulking, precisely avoiding to mention them.

My wife almost literally tore the box out of my hands, and dug into it. I think I got to put together maybe 5 pieces. She gave me specific instructions that if I was purchasing this for investment, I better buy more than 1, since she was claiming one for herself.

Tried to like that graph 10 times, it would only let me do it once. :-( Of course that doesn't reflect how long some of those sets were sold out prior to retirement. I am guessing we will see stuff like the Batmobile/Two Face lingering on there sold out until November perhaps.

I picked up a big bulk lot from a local listing. Probably around 40-50 lbs for $120. It came with instructions for 6210 Jabba's Sail Barge, 7657 AT-ST, 7659 Imperial Landing Craft, 7668 Rebel Scout Speeder, 7669 Anakin's Jedi Starfighter, 7676 Republic Attack Gunship, 7681 Separatist Spider Droid, 7748 Corporate Alliance Tank Droid and 7752 Count Dooku's Solar Sailor. I know there will probably be a buttload of stuff missing, and there's a lot of other random Lego and assorted junk mixed in, but I've got my fingers crossed. I've already identified most of the larger elements and minifigs from 6210, 7659 and 7676, so it's looking pretty good so far.

Nothing wrong with it, it's a cute set, but it's nothing special, and as a female-type I will say that forced feminism makes me feel like somebody's unwanted quota. Does the next one feature an office scene with all African Americans? ("Look kids, I know nobody knew this, but women CAN be scientists! And people of color can work in office jobs! Who knew?!") It just seems strange that this is the design they decided was "best" this time around. Maybe they want in on some of that meth lab LEGO market and this is how they decided they could do it.

No interest in this. Agreed. Not sure how this beat out the others. Its just meh and not that creative. This is just a very simple plain put-together that has "Female" stamped on it. How can this bring about excitement..really? Unless one of them is Angelina Jolie that is.

The girls in that set could just as well be boys, and I wouldn't like it a bit more. It is shocking that just because a set is "for girls" I apparently have to like it. I in fact like some of the friends sets, despite me not being a little girl.
