Congrats to you all on getting the Lifeboat! I tried last night and it totally failed, kicked me out of my account, had the website spinning so I went to sleep. I just bit the bullet and got the Lifeboat, Train, and the Record Player on BL for 133 after S&H and taxes. I'll splurge a bit this time around.

Everyone had better sales in the past. Very disappointing year. And my sales are down a lot from last year.

I would say Target had a pretty decent winner last year as well. Bird Of Paradise sat in stock for a little while at $60 last Black Friday, and it quickly jumped to $200 in early 2024.

Actually, last year SAH had nice BF deals and two decent GWP, which was an improvement from the year before. Target had some good deals last year and great winners the two years before. i think retailers were careful not to order too much and in the glut of sets there are fewer obvious winners. And with prices quite high to begin with, you need deeper discounts for sets to work out. I can’t think of many sets I’d buy at RRP and feel good about it. In the past, there were always some.

Of course after I said that I looked at TopCB to check what they did and it gave me the full amount even though I used the $15 in vouchers and another $50 in points, but that may well be updated in the next... 13 weeks yeesh! That's something I love about the Honey exclusive offers, they often payout within like a week.

I concur but I also purchase as a user not a reseller so there's that. However, I will say that I miss the 30-50% sales at SAH from a few years back that they had on larger Icon and Ideas such sets. There were none this year that I saw. They did have those part of the insiders promo before black Friday I guess so there is that. <edit> nevermind, I guess the insider promo is going through 12/2 as well That being said, FYI, Sam's Club has some lego sets at 20%-30%. After quickly getting the 3 Endurance orders in right from the start and then waiting nearly an hour i was finally got my other orders in...Off to bed I need my newly elected governor to legalize the 420 so this will be less stressful....LOL Last years endor 5 pack isn't doing much at all so i passed on these....Knowing my luck it'll end up being a $100 set

Finally got my orders in. Cashed out all those codes, gift cards, some sale items, and got the Endurance Lifeboat.

Amazon Web Services provides scaling servers to meet peaks in demand. They sell Lego on Amazon so it might make sense to talk to them about how to solve this annual problem.

Keep hammering the site so it finally dies and they're forced to rebuild it! 😄
