Slow and easy did the trick. I found that, for some odd reason, if you started with the top (red) part and pulled down, it was the easiest to remove. Don't start at a corner and pull down. Instead, go all the way across the top until the entire top is loose. Then go down. Take them off right away and you shouldn't have an issue. It's just irritating.
  2. I've never had one (that I've noticed) via Amazon, but in my other business I definitely have seen an uptick in chargebacks. Really can't do anything about it and there's no incentive for the CC companies to do anything either. Only the merchant looses so who really cares. Had some fraud on my card a few years ago that I called on and had reversed. I noticed later they reversed a restaurant bill for $200- $300 that I did not report as fraud. Called my bank back and they told me its already done, just keep the money. No incentive to get it right. Take the funds back from the merchant and charge them a fee for the inconvenience.

Good job, Best Buy! They went to the trouble to sticker all six sets that I ordered before boxing them for shipping.

Thank you FEDEX Ground! This is where they left a deliver of a storage rack, over 200 feet from my home and out of sight of the front door. About 3 feet from a busy roadway. Of course, it was gone by the time that I found out it was down there.
