I made a New Year’s resolution to myself that I would try to contribute some content here as opposed to just reading the posts of others. And so here’s my first offering. I started collecting (hoarding?) Lego sets years back when my son was 8 or 9. As others know, while the hunt can be fun, storage usually becomes a problem. Thus, I thought it might be fun to to kiss and tell all of our Lego hiding places. My top three are: #3 - Empty suitcases #2 - Under our Bedroom dresser and #1 - in the void under my kids bed! I had this epiphany 4 or 5 years back and have managed to store/hide over 80 sets. The sets themselves are stacked vertically, with one set flat on top. It was like playing Tetris,trying to fit as many as I could. So, where is your stash?

In my experience, if you get an exclusive gold offer (25% in this case), you won't get any extra cash back. I have gotten the exclusive offer multiple times on the same item but I wait until the previous one posts.

Yes...Great observation on both accounts. I tried to add more prizes because of the required change from raffle to sweepstakes. In years past, I could load up on a particular prize and charge more tickets for that one prize, but with the sweepstakes is more random. I tried to keep each prize around a $500.00 value, give or take. And like I said, I will work with winners to get them the prizes they want, even going as far as offering current LEGO sets that I can order off of Amazon, Target or LEGO.com. I will probably add another prize or two at least to increase everyone's chances.

Used too many rare colors. Build price is crazy. I wonder how many actually get built.

I finished bag 6 of 7 still not sure what I will do next with my second set either the tower build or this MOC from rebrickable that uses 2 sets and has 250 pieces left. I think this set should have 2 more black night minifigs with beefed up armour and a mace, perhaps a horse as well. 3 Minifigures for $100 is kinda weak especially since 1 is just a blacksmith. 70404 also $100 back in 2013 had 7 Minifigures better armour and weapons and also had a horse. I just think if you are giving this as a playset 3 figs is not enough. No issues with the build it is pretty straightforward and no stickers is always a bonus.
