I absolutely love this set!! As a father of two boys in chairs, I can't get enough of these sets with accessible features!! Kudos LEGO!!
  3. USPS called me back about my fraud claim. And I did file a fraud claim on their website. USPS told me to call the FBI as it is a cyber crime. Also, Seller is offering a 30% discount. I said no. Then they offered 50% discount and I can keep the counterfeit lego sets (how nice of them). I said no, 100% refund. Then they offered a 80% refund. I said no, "this is not a negotiation. 100% refund". We will see what they say next.

How much weed do you think was consumed to create this lil guy in the 60330 Hospital?

It would be nice for Architecture to go back to focusing on buildings/structures and, dare I say, architectures. Skylines (now Postcards?) should have their own line.
  7. I posted in the Meijer thread, but will post here as well. Meijer currently has a bogo40 sale on Star Wars & Potter Lego sets. This sale stacks with the current Santa Bucks coupons. Pickings were slim at my store, but I was able to get four 76388 Hogsmeade Village Visit sets at $54 each, before tax, which is 33% off. Not the greatest discount but not too bad either on a popular set that hasn’t been discounted yet. I did two separate transactions of two sets each using my account and my wife’s account to maximize the Santa Bucks. Another set I was considering was the Probe Droid. After the stack they would have also been 33% off, which is cheaper than the current $48 sale price at Target. Please post any further comments on this sale in the appropriate Meijer thread so we don’t clog the DD thread with a non-National chain store conversation. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I’ve met her a couple of times (and her husband too - he played for the Angels and Padres). She’s awesome. I don’t think any of us are taller than 5’5” though.

  15. Hey Brickpickers, please DM me on here (with the link to the item and seller profile) whenever you see a suspicious looking Lego listing on Walmart.com going forward. We are working to identify and de-list all bad actors in toys and games there this season. You can send non-Lego links too if clearly suspicious.... Pretty much as soon as we identify the bad actor we can have them banned, so keep em coming as they pop up.
  16. https://jaysbrickblog.com/news/lego-76399-harry-potter-hogwarts-magical-trunk-revealed/ "What's Inside the box!?" or really diggin how the HP sets are so compact & portable between the suitcase, "books", and now trunk...could all fit nicely on a bookshelf
  17. Yes, My Castles, Boats, Safes, and Planes are also now getting ready to go.

I was in early at Star Wars Celebration 2015 by the LEGO booth and folks were gathering outside to watch the first "The Force Awakens" trailer on the big screen "Chewie, we're home". Ashley and David were hanging out there waiting too. I got a picture with them and then watched the trailer right beside her, she was giddy. Pretty cool...
  20. Not a deal, however Roller Coaster (10261) has been out of stock in pretty much every US store that I've checked the past few weeks (please feel free to correct me if not the case!). However, my local Lego stores just got them in stock, even though they were OOS past few weeks as well. Given it's supposed to retire EOY, if you're still missing it, you may want to check your local store. May be last stock... but then again maybe last of a few waves Not taking the risk and picked up one.
  21. Correct. Plus, it does have to do with availability. Generally, the more stock you have, the better chance of getting the buy box. It also has something to do with feedback score and also the CX health score of each seller for the product. If a seller has a history of having a certain product returned due to being "defective" or something like that I believe that impacts their chances at winning the buy box.

First Microfighter that does not really look like the original model. It would probably look better without the stud shooters.
  23. Got AT-AT and light Sabre from SAH today. Expect to see quick flip prices drop more now that online orders are being delivered.

Wait…so walmart could just flip the order to a 3rd party to fulfill? I didn’t know that. Ordered a few things from Walmart so do I need to look out for this? I don’t order lego from 3rd party listing and typically don’t look closely since I assume items order from Walmart or Target would be legit. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  40. It's been WAY too long since we've had any posts here to discuss our love of Classic Space. So, I'm going to bump this thread back up and try to get it going again. So, to start: Here's Classic Space 483-1 (US) Alpha-1 Rocket Base / 920-2 (EU) Rocket Launch Pad, from 1979. 187 pieces. This is a thing of beauty. One of the sets I had as a kid. Pretty scarce out there, if you check Bricklink: 483-1: 920-2:
