The new sets are up on LEGO online this one looks great for kids

I hit about 10+ stores. First one I walked into I found some common sets sitting on the front shelf. Grabbed them and then heard another at the register talking about the collectibility of all the sets. Look over and he has all the Speed Champions, Mando's and Star Wars sets sitting on the counter. Hate missing it by that much. Next store had nothing and so I was thinking I would just call it off and just hit the one by my work. Mid-route I change my mind and decide to just continue with my previous course of action. Boom, every store for the most part was $250 - $750 from then on. The people working at Big Lots were the nicest people too -- was a pleasant surprise. Wish I had known and got up early because it got so annoying when everyone in my family started texting me wondering where I was in the late afternoon. There were some stores that had lego piles set aside for online orders but I just hit the road myself. There was actually a lot of stuff that looked flippable but I didn't have the time to deal with it. Only bad thing is I'm really not looking forward to peeling all those price stickers off. Its going to take half a day . . . 😂

just be careful...turning it on typically knocks me back to the queue if its not on, place the items in your cart first; then turn on...if knocked back into queue I find that my cart is still intact...not sure how if strategy still works when an item is about to got OOS.

4+ used to be big money when it was branded as Juniors with the red box. I ended up spending about $400 between 3 Big Lots...the first one was disappointing, but the last two delivered, even when starting out 3 hours after store opening.

I keep it at Gretzky/Aaron That ATAT will add on 10.4K but doubt I will make it till midnight. Hopefully it is still available when I wake up in the middle of the night to PEE.

This picture best demonstrates both the size and overall value. If you told people that the Saturn V was a $120 set and then ask how much they think the AT-AT costs I bet most would say between $200-300. No way would anyone guess $800. Some might even have a heart attack. 😂

Come to think of it, they should have raised their prices by 3 cents, that way they only have to add an 'h' to their name ..... (I'll see myself out)
