  1. Pirate Ship. Bought this after someone, can’t recall who but thanks, posted on the DD thread Amazon $85 and I had a $5 promo credit and 5%CB so not a bad deal. I had been wanting to build this one but wasn’t paying $100 because it just didn’t look worth it and it never seemed to go on sale in a year. It is an excellent brick built ship with a few neat techniques and angles. It is really well detailed and if you can get past the brick built sails I would say it is better than almost every lego ship under $100 in the past 10 years. It is really solid and would make for a great play set. The B build looks interesting, uses most of the parts, and I will hopefully get around to that this winter.

Surprisingly everything arrived together today, the first “lost” order from 9/2 and the replacement order from 9/28. That was super fast from Denmark.
  5. Both for personal builds: 76386 HP polyjuice potion mistake: $13.99 (Kroger Marketplace - several sets are 30% off) 30465 Technic helicopter polybag: $4.99 (actually $2.99 as I cashed in a $2 reward at Meijer). Such an awesome polybag!

    Well played Target.
  10. Possible promo set at the end.
  11. I found Exo-Force minifigure parts in my one of my bins, cobbled them together and found a great display place on our refrigerator/freezer (they have magnets in the backs of their legs). Have a feeling my wife will not be amused, though my kids like the location.

Wow, I haven't shared news that disappointed and broke this many hearts at the same time since I had to inform that group of sorority girls that I was married and couldn't fill the male role in their orgy. At least 3 of them became nuns after that. Sorry for the hopium everyone, and the cancellations that followed.
