You should have a local copy of everything you do for tax purposes. I wouldn't rely completely on something I didn't have control of, no matter what the tool.

I dropped off 2 packages of the exact same item at the exact same time on 9 Dec. One of them shows delivered on the 11th, the other hasn't even been scanned yet Both were Priority, same box size, same everything. One going to Ohio (further) delivered, one going to NJ (closer) no info. Very frustrating. My friends with unscanned packages that were left on the counter. What is your long term plan for this issue? First I'll say, sign up for email/text updates for the items just so you know if it randomly starts moving. If you refund, and then the package finally updates, quickly file a package intercept if the item is worth intercepting. If it never updates, file a report with the USPS Office of Inspector General. Your assumption at this point is that your package was stolen either by another customer or by the staff itself. Good luck to us all through this mess. Bonus question: What would happen if you voided a label that was never scanned? If found would the item be returned to you?

I could not find any sort of review here so i thought I would leave some comments. 1. Great build, did not lose in pieces and it did not fall apart when we moved homes. 2. Lots of play factors for those that still play - all the sides basically open up to different compartments ranging from weapons storage, to a bed, to the carbon freezing area. It also has a small escape pod on the top. 3. Scale-wise it is about the same size of the recent x-wing and TIE fighter from Solo. It fits nicely in an IKEA glass cabinet that has the 4x enclosed shelves. 4. There are a few stickers to apply so the siding has some rust or discoloration to them. 5. Baby Yoda aka The Child aka Grugu is great.

No. When it comes to out of stock items you need to Google them, ie "Target 75243" should yield you a link within the first couple results. If you're on mobile and you click it it should open in the app. From there you can toggle the alert. Also once you've viewed an item in the app, it should show up as a thumbnail when you click the search bar. This is a quicker way to get to out of stock items you've already seen. I know we are deviating from the topic at hand, but seeing as this item is going in and out of stock I figured it could be helpful and somewhat relevant to the daily deals thread.

I've requested reimbursement for these types of returns in the past and the answer is always that you have to wait 30 days for the customer to return the item. If they don't return the item within 30 days then you can request a reimbursement. It doesn't make any sense because there is no item to return, but it's their policy.

Did you ship prime? SFP is the only one that the tracking has to show delivered to be covered against AtoZ. For regular shipping, If you shipped on time and your item shows a scan within 48 hours, your packages don't need to show delivered to be covered against AtoZ.

that is the crux of the issue is that everything is stuck in transit. u can't really file an a-z if it still shows in transit. i have been using customer communications as an opportunity to document for amazon exactly what is going on by pasting updated tracking info from USPS website which while not perfect is definitely better than what the customer sees going through amazon. amazon is telling them the package is "lost" = total bull$hit. its not lost if usps shows its in portland or at 10:57 pm yesterday. apologies, empathizing with customer claiming you are also waiting for amazon delivery (true), claiming that amazon was pushing you to use USPS because they had it as having the quickest arrival date (true as i'm typing this even) . so far its working ... i'm done selling for holiday delivery and turned things off. getting to be a riot at ups store with people finding out how much it costs to ship something on time right now.

Zavvi nightmare Ordered $1500 in goods - 15 units two orders - 10 and 5 The tracking number of 10 units, arrived with only 6 units. at 11:24 AM The tracking number of 5 units, DHL took a photo of the 10 unit carton and marked it delivered at 11:41AM. They also marked it as signed for by me which is not true. Called DHL - they told me to call Zavvi. They wouldn't give me a local DHL office contact to call. Emailed Zavvi - I haven't heard back. I may have to claim this on my credit card. I fear it's going to be a tough fight because they went through the trouble of photographing the same box a 2nd time.

It's never a good sign when the package is smaller than what you ordered...
