I ended up hitting up the local store. They had Hogwarts for 30% off. So I bought three and got all the giveaways.2 points

Seems like 11:15 CT was about it for the Han Solo keychain; but it took another half hour before it stopped adding to cart. That’s too much lag time between inventory and sales interfaces. Creates a lot of negative customer experiences!!!2 points

Some of the Architecture sets on sale were from $84.99 would be my guess. Your ad does seem mis-leading.2 points

They probably printed it and didn't drop it off until you said something. I have had an item not show up in tracking though until it was delivered.2 points

You know... as a standalone I don't think it will have great value. But perhaps if they continue to make various colors they could become a sort of collectors items which could help the value over time (people that want to go back and collect the series with future releases).2 points

I'm hoping for an early retirement. haha Placed two orders today and they went unexpectedly very smooth. Very unlike LEGO Shop at Home. They must've hired some good IT people since.2 points

Might as well target at least $150 of that purchase in SW and net a Han Solo keychain GWP as well.2 points

Wow, this season gets better and better. Carl Weathers directed this episode! Pretty cool where this narrative is going. I remember playing Star Wars: Dark Forces in the 90s and the last scene with Moff Gideon just reminds me of the Dark Troopers in the game and may inspire the design of his army.2 points

If this GWP doesn't make it above $50 on Amazon, would that make it a Turdicken?2 points

Black Friday is a week away. The Dickens promo will not last that long. Expect the ice skating set to be the promo for Black Friday. Dickens is only live Saturday and Sunday then returns BF to CM. There is plenty of them. The stores get partial allotment of the overall total then receive more for the long weekend. Online may run out early next weekend but they will have them.2 points

Didn't see that one in mine, just a few odd sets in sort of a "Clearance" section at 20%. Nothing particularly interesting other than 1 Rexcelsior from the LEGO Movie 2. Did have stock of all the Winter Village sets as soon as the store opened, but sold out pretty quick of both Elf Club House and Gingerbread House.1 point

I'm assuming Great Hall. 30% off = $70, *3 = $210 and "all the promos" as he said...anything else on sale in stores?1 point

Yes it was this keychain with $100+ spend on star wars items. At first it was just early November but they started the promo back up, must've had a decent stock leftover. Out of stock as of last night, but kept showing in people's carts a while after it was gone. https://www.lego.com/en-us/product/star-wars-han-solo-keychain-50063631 point

thanks yep not there. order confirmation had it. email and order status does not have it. if you go to do it again it shows it in cart. guess it is out. have some from before oh well. not sure I would have bought the tantive without it but I won't complain.1 point

You may be able to claw it back with their report missing cashback, but maybe unlikely? Start a few extra shopping trips from their site so you can do that?1 point

Part of me really wants to not give in tonight, not buy anything and save funds for Black Friday and bank they bring back the Dicken's promo.... But another part of me knows I'll read everyone's post about their purchases in 10 minutes and get antsy.1 point

Yes If you add something that ships right away. a few times have had them hold GWP for later shipment but don't count on it.1 point

somehow I feel like I will get blamed for this but let the record show BA started it...1 point

I usually use these when I need filler to hit a threshold. Low priced and actually useful if you don’t want a random CMF or another keychain to throw in your junk drawer. You’ll find them under the “xtra” section in the themes tab.1 point

Road plates look like they are now going to be standard in the smaller city modular play sets.1 point

My wife and I enjoyed this episode a lot. Fun fact: Bryce Dallas Howard directed this and also Season 1 episode of "Sanctuary" featuring that creepy AT-ST and introducing Cara Dune. She has a knack for setting up episodes with great characters being introduced and also some more emotional moments too. I just read that she once had a dinner with her father, George Lucas, and Akira Kurosawa as a kid. Holy moly.1 point
