  1. Placed a Star Wars order on Shop @ Home this morning. The Trolls polybag seems to have opened up for any purchased items. Triple dipped (May 4th Promo, Trolls polybag, Mother's day frame) plus double VIP. Was enough to get me to bite. YMMV
  2. I listed it thanks. I like money, and It did not really fit my lego display themes anyway. Plus I never hated a vacation more than our family’s nightmare trip to Disney haha.
  3. We built the ARC-170 Starfighter from 2005. Another set from the FB find.
  4. Next Staples.com coupon: $15 off your online order of $60 or more.† Coupon code: 98750. Online only, not applicable in retail stores. Ends 5/8/20. Excludes technology/PCs. Of course this coupon wasn't there yesterday when I place a $70 order ... had a $10 off $50 in my account which I used instead ... bummer ...

Diamond Select released some Black Hole stuff earlier this year: https://shop.diamondselecttoys.com/black-hole Appears that like the Tron figures there are Walgreens exclusives...I may need to check a few of the local stores for the Maximillian figure.

My son jumped on a little way in and actually watched the rest with me. He giggled a bit, but thought it was interesting. He wants a V.I.N.CENT now.
  7. everyone is going to shop Amazon first, so you need to know what items are selling for there to price yourself for local sales, and other platforms. Makes no sense for me to try and sell something for $100 when its $75 on Amazon.
  8. All on eBay buyer paid shipping X6 Ninjago quakemech $80 (Target clearance $26) X3 HP Hogwarts Castles $130 (WM clearance $25) X3 SW BB-8 $95 (WM clearance $33) X2 Creator Pirate Coaster $129 (WM clearance $15) X27 SW pod racer polybags $99 (WM clearance $0.25) Burning through inventory like there is no tomorrow at this rate. WTF is it with people buying Lego sets at 3 am, anyway?
  9. I’ve made some progress, but sadly still building. With work, my other work, kids, and yard work, I’m busier than I want to be during this quarantine. I haven’t fired up my XBox the entire time I’ve been home.
  10. I have a feeling it’s going to quietly disappear into the night. I have no inside information. Just a hunch. Most of the other sets from that first wave in 2018 are pretty much done already. The third wave is coming this summer. I’m hoping it’s done.
  11. Pay over for 75954? It's going to be back. toos like most sets. Be patient.
  12. Not adding for me now....and it's banner is gone from the Offers and Sales page. Looks to be done.

Just one thought re: LEGO prices and profits right now. LEGO prices are going through the roof due to people staying home because of the Coronavirus. So many on here are seeing huge profits from selling, but I think everyone would agree, this is an anomaly. As $20 on Joe said, you'll need storage space and climate control. Cardboard doesn't react well in certain environments. I have two dehumidifiers where I store my LEGO (basement). If you haven't already, check the videos, especially the one on shipping. That video alone helped me a ton. I changed from using used boxes to buying specific sized boxes for the LEGO sets I was selling. The shipping was so much more economical than what I had been trying to do. Shipping air hurts your bottom line... a lot.
  14. I never once thought I would be selling multiple sets on eBay per day at x2-x6 retail price, but here I am. Bricklink is popping as well.
  15. Mega Man shoes and Snake Eyes
  16. Hi. Thanks for reading. Architecture, Brickheadz and Ideas.
  17. Top one is from one of these 5 sets: https://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=31193pb06&in=S Bottom one is from one of these 3 sets: https://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=31193pb05&in=S
  18. My dog ate my only paper copy of my spreadsheet and my hard-drive just crashed. and my wife and dog left me!
  19. The time to not miss out is now. Take some profits and pick one up a little over retail.

Nice! I tried to get my kids to watch it a couple of weeks ago, but they lost interest about a third of the way in. It's a bit slow for today's kids. On the other hand, I decided to introduce them to The Matrix over the weekend, and they LOVED it! It still holds up very well today.
  21. Nice find! Too bad none within 100 mile radius of me haha Yeah same, I missed out on buying this. Oh well, with hundreds of LEGO sets and only so much cash, you can't buy everything and have to be happy for those who pick up sets you missed out on.
  22. Nice find! Too bad none within 100 mile radius of me haha
  23. I think if you are posting this question on this site and on this particular thread, its likely you are already leaning towards one direction over the other. I'd go for the sale now if you can make it work in your favor.
  24. Now is the time to be selling....some believe (as I do), there will be a buying time coming soon
  25. That's through UK sites, I don't have knowledge of US equivalents.
  26. It looks like the bean counters fixed the math at S@H. $74.97 orders no longer qualify for GWP Also do not forget to include a key chain to make sure your GWP ships when ordering items that are not in stock
  27. As @vincevaughn mentioned in the Daily Deals thread, triple dip (May 4th Promo, Trolls polybag, Mother's day frame) plus double VIP are on. Time to stock up on those Landspeeders (just kidding, I am not telling people what to buy out of whatever left at MSRP)

Hindsight is a biarch! I have only 2, and im holding
  29. Given the brisk sales over the past month, it seems a waste to let my inventory linger in my basement. I work in a hospital, and simply don't have the time to sell this stuff myself right now. I thought maybe me and another member could help each other out, so I'm posting here to see if there would be anyone interested in a bulk purchase from me. I'm located in Indianapolis. I don't have a list put together yet, but I'd be looking at 50-100 sealed sets at least, plus significant amounts of polybags and CMFs if there is interest in those. Anyone interested in further conversation, please shoot me a PM.
  30. It would be nice if everyone actually read Jeff’s post above. But for those didn’t/won’t/can’t: 1. The data is coming...this site is something he does on the side...and RL has made his real job super busy, meaning he doesn’t have the time. 2. Stop asking about it. It’s more work on him to go through and find just one person’s data (or five or twelve people’s). The site will be up, when it’s done and ready. Also: If this site is your only documentation for insurance, it’s possible that your collection may not be covered (I have a specific rider for my legos, and 40k stuff because the replacement cost would be ridiculous). I also have a spreadsheet backup (listing the sets, their status, and original retail) with photos of every set and mini fig.
  31. 41179 for $150 local cash sale. Picked up at wally clearance for $35 a few years back.
  32. Haven’t heard of any winners of any sweeps so far... McMillion$? Lol
  33. Rebuilt one of my favorite sets from my top 3 themes. I now have 3 of them so will try to make a larger MOC. I purchased this set back in 2010 when my son was 1 and had it in his room (out of reach) for over a year. Then it was put into the box and forgotten about. 7621 Indiana Jones & The Lost Tomb. Too bad a Well of Souls wasn’t made.
  34. Just when we thought 2020 couldn’t get any crazier.
  35. I finally did it. Cut the seals on my first UCS set and pipsqueak built most of it. 11hrs build time on the dot.
  36. 9526 Palpatine’s Arrest $300 Craigslist
  37. I did my first LEGO curbside yesterday from Discovery. Upgraded to a handheld card reader. Filled the Sequoia so seemed like a success. regular LEGO stores starting to reopen starting next Saturday. No GWP's or new merchandise until Mexico is running again or they get stuff from EU was what they are saying.
  38. I'm not either, but I am a fan of money.

I just watched it the other night.
