  3. Took a trip to Mars the other day and the martians went nuts for this set! Apparently they had some US cash that was stored inside Opportunity, they told me that they, and I quote, "We smashed that little robot to bits." They found the cash and gave me all of it. A very nice cool $600,000 for 6 of the Saturn V.
  4. The listing is suppressed. If you search for 40433, it doesn't show up. Not sure why this is.

  7. translation from the articel to solve the mystery: "If the locomotive looks a little familiar to you, no wonder. It is the locomotive from the LEGO Railway Set 7810. The set was released in 1980 and consists of 97 individual parts and a minifigure. The Danish toy manufacturer appears to be celebrating the 40th anniversary of this set with this addition. We don't know exactly why this set was selected, because in 1980 there were a total of 28 LEGO railway sets. Perhaps one reason could be that this locomotive was probably the only one in the year that had to do without railway doors."
  8. Swap the supports out for the transparent Technic beams and it will look excellent. Or wait until Wicked Brick come out with one which will be even better.

This finally took off in the US due to the new movie. I just sold through about 8 in ~48hours at $29.99. Buy in was in the ~$9.50 range, so it finally paid off.

Amazon was supposed to deliver 2 of my teen daughter's purchases yesterday evening. At 9pm the order status suddenly changed to "there is an issue with your delivery, contact Amazon" and the Tracking status showed it arrived at the wrong DC and the items were marked as "failed delivery" and "returned to sender". WTH Amazon?!? Called them and they told me to reorder which sounds weird - they couldnt reroute the items to the correct DC.

My eight year old decided he's done with Lego and would like to put all of his sets away. He's bagging them up as I type, and this is hitting me harder than I thought it would.
