We got lucky to ever get any good Star Wars... Marcia Lucas' editing protected George the director from himself on all his projects. Kersher saved us from George mangling Empire. Marcia had to come out of retirement to perform open-heart editing on Jedi to save us all from things worse than Ewoks... and she immediately divorced George after the experience. Without Marcia, George was doomed to fail when making the prequels. Selling to Disney at least put a stake through the heart of midichlorian counts and other horrors George had planned.

I love the harvester, I've built one and stocked up on several. Small and simple, looks good, some playability, affordable. We need a return of the farm theme darn it! Got several pizza vans also for an MOC standalone pizza shop with the same color scheme. Pairs nicely with the pizza guy in the new CMF series.

IIRC there was a fanfic of Indy getting kidnapped by a Sasquatch. The Sasquatch brought him to Millennium Falcon that crashed on Earth. The Sasquatch turned out to be Chewy who was looking for Han as they got separated when the MF crashed. That would have been a better idea for Solo movie IMHO

There needs to be an Indy-Star Wars crossover like Mork in Happy Days, I mean it´s the same actor after all. It´s 2019 and who would have imagined the movies released this year; Terminator, Star Wars, Rambo with Ghostbusters and Indy incoming. The time is ripe for Airplane 3.

so many people are banned from walmart and there's a 2 per order limit. don't let the plentitude lull you into thinking this is how its going to be going forward. amazon is oos for regular buyers. once the official retiring soon tags come up, the latecomers will gobble up targets waning supply. rather than compare us capitol to a landmark demolished in 1968 i doubt any brickpicker has ever visited (imperial hotel), i look to other washington dc landmarks such as lincoln memorial and the white house to illuminate my investing path and let those sets performance and enduring demand quell any temporary fears i might have regarding going b'deep on this one. i'm thinking more fallingwater than imperial hotel. i just can't believe only 2 architecture sets are retiring this year.

@odysea11, I am the one that hid your post. Sorry about that, but I just don't support that offering. It is complete BS to all other affiliate sites out there. I am not allowed to offer cash back and I sure as hell am not able to get 8% on toys, so I think it is wrong that Amazon and a few other places are able to work this type of deal. If people use it, good for them, but I will not be posting about it here because it doesn't do anything for me, I lose out on opportunities. I have always been against these sites because, it's honestly not fair practice and not sure what type of lawyers or deals they are able to do. I have approached them quite a few times in the past and they said it would be against my terms to offer those types of perks to my users. I don't get it.

obv you didn't look at that list, polybags, hardlines sets, seasonal sets, monthly builds, GWP's, minifigs listed seperately. None of that shows up on a product order form. Some of it is on a hardlines order form but you will never see dates on that stuff.

at the end of last year this years was 47 summer and 179 end of year for a total of 226, been a few revisions of extensions and shortenings since then though so low 200s will be about right last year was like 47 summer and 248 winter , year before was somewhere in the mid to upper 200s I belive too but those were the 2 years they finally started letting go of stuff after extending stuff from 2015/2016. I have 2016 somewhere but that would require effort and lots of spreadsheets to search

One interesting thing to note. Just a few years ago if you told me LEGO was retiring 200+ sets, I would have asked if they were closing business. We live in interesting time. There are side effects of having this huge of catalog that we won't see until 2022 or beyond.
